超深漩流池基坑施工技术的研究

【摘要】 本文主要以宝钢股份公司不锈钢分公司热轧漩流池工程项目为研究背景,对超深漩流池基坑施工技术进行充分的分析研究。其主要内容如下:1.根据现场地质的实际情况,在软土地基的超深地下连续墙施工中,创造性的采用了槽壁劈裂注浆加固技术和异型榫式混凝土接头技术,顺利完成了厚1.0m、深-53.0m地下连续墙,并形成了超深地下连续墙施工工艺。2.该工程项目的施工过程中,采用深井卸压降水干封底技术。该工程涉及到两层承压水,采用了“以放为主”的深井卸压降水干封底的措施,最大承压水头降低到-18.1m,该技术使承压水水位降幅小,减小了地面沉降的范围和程度,确保了基坑的安全封底和周围环境的保护,成功达到干封底的效果,完善和发展了软土地基条件下深基坑干封底技术。3.介绍了分段半逆做法结构施工、无支撑开挖技术,顶圈梁与衬墙整体浇注,衬墙5—7m分段半逆做法施工,形成了地下结构半逆做法反向连接施工新方法;充分利用了圆拱效应,为基坑土方无支撑开挖创造了良好的环境。4.简要说明了信息化施工技术。结合施工工况进行离心模型试验,采用了信息化的现场施工监测与报警系统,反复分析并指导施工。在施工过程跟踪监测数据的基础上,有效地指导了设计和施工。5.通过漩流池工程项目的实践,结合以往工程经验,形成一套深基坑的施工新工艺:“超深地下连续墙施工,分段半逆做法结构施工无支撑开挖技术,深井卸压降水干封底技术,信息化监测”等综合技术新工艺。

【Abstract】 This research objective of this article is the construction technology of the hot rolled whirlpool foundation pit at the stainless branch of Baosteel. The main contents are as below.1. Based on the site geological conditions, innovative slot wall cleaved with concrete slurry reinforced construction technology and atypic tenon style concrete connection construction technology was applied for the soft soil foundation construction. Afterwards the 1.0m thickness with -53.0m depth underground concrete diaphragm wall was built with that super deep underground concrete diaphragm wall construction technology.2. Dewatering dry bottom closure technology used during deep well pressure release construction. There are two layers of underground water in this project with the maximal underground water level -18.1m. After using this technology, the construction can be lees affected by the deep underground water and it also reduced the ground settlement scope& degree. At the same time, it ensured the safety closure of the foundation pit and protected the surrounding environment. This method consolidates and develops the deep well dewatering dry bottom closure technology under soft soil foundations.3. Combined with the grade half athwart method for structure construction, excavation without support technology, top ring beam and the supporting wall cast together method, supporting wall 5-7m grade half athwart construction technology, one new construction technology which is underground structure grade half athwart method with reverse connection construction technology was used. With adopted the cove effect, this construction method create a better environment for soil excavation without support at foundation pit.4. This article briefly introduced the information construction technology, performing the centrifugal module test with the site conditions, using the information site monitoring and alarm system, as well as using the process monitoring data in guiding the practical construction &design.5. Combined with the construction experience and the practice of the whirlpool pit project, one set of new construction technology is developed for deep foundation pit construction. There are the integrated new construction technologies like super deep concrete diaphragm wall construction method, grade half athwart method for structure construction with excavation without support technology, dewatering dry bottom closure technology used during deep well pressure release construction, information monitoring methods, etc.
