管花肉苁蓉种子清选机的研制

【摘要】 管花肉苁蓉是一种寄生药用植物,管花肉苁蓉种子颗粒微小,收集种子时会混有杂质,得对种子进行清选,目前还没有清选管花肉苁蓉种子的设备。为找出一种分选原理来满足管花肉苁蓉种子的清选要求,首先对几种常规分选原理进行分析,有重力选、气筛选等,发现以上效果都不能满足该种子清选要求。进一步分析试验,发现种子的滚动特性比较突出,而杂质较差,从而设计出带式清选模型机。进行多次试验,不断调整清选参数,进而研制出种子清选机。本文以管花肉苁蓉种子的特性分析为基础,以实验分析为手段,结合机械设计理论,采用设计、实验并行的方法,完成了管花肉苁蓉种子清选机的研制工作。设计过程中,综合考虑功效与设备成本的平衡关系,合理的进行清选级数的配置,并进行了一系列试验,找出最佳的方案,利用回归正交设计对试验数据进行了处理,成功地解决了种子清选难题.。理论计算与试验数据表明,达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 Cistanche tubulosa is a parasitic medicinal plants,Cistanche tubulosa seed is tiny particles.Seed will be collected when mixed with impurities,should clean seed. At present seed-sorting machine of Cistanche tubulosa has not appeared.In order to find a separation principle to meet its selected requirements by research to the characteristics of Cistanche tubulosa seeds,first of several conventional separation principle analysis,the election of gravity,gas screening,etc,found that the above effects would not be able to satisfy the requirements of a selected seeds. After further analysis found that the experimental seeds rolling conspicuous characteristics,and less impurities,so designed Belt- election model machine. Conducted a number of tests and constantly adjusted parameter-election,then developed a seed-sorting machine.The article is based on the theories of characteristics analysis,analyzed with the experiments and mechanical theory,the development of seed sorter for Cistanche tubulosa is accomplished with the method of design as well as trial-produce .During the development of the equipment,considering the balance of the effect and the cost of the equipment,the progression of seed-cleaning is disposed reasonably. A series of experiments are carried on,the preferred plan is discovered,processing using the orthogonal regression design is carried on to the tentative data,the difficult problem of seed-cleaning is soluted successfully.The result of theory calculation and the data of experiment indicated that the design is successful.
