高校网络课程工作量计算研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术在教育中的应用和精品课程工程的建设,网络课程的制作和应用得到了各高校的极大重视,很多学科专业都组织教师进行网络课程的开发工作。但是网络课程工作量目前尚无成熟科学的计算方法,使教师无法像进行教学、科研、实验那样得到合理的工作量,影响了相关教师开发网络课程的积极性,同时也影响了网络课程的健康发展。本研究在对河南省九所院校网络课程工作量计算现状调查的基础上,借鉴教学、科研及实验工作量的计算方法,结合教育技术实践领域的开发经验,提出了高校网络课程工作量计算思路:首先,网络课程工作量由网络课程的原始工作量乘以评价系数得出,评价系数包括质量评价和级别评价两方面;其次,网络课程的原始工作量计算的核心要素是将课程的制作时间转换为可以与教学、实验工作量同样衡量的“课时”;最后,对网络课程的组成元素逐个进行分析,结合媒体特点和开发惯例,推导出网络课程工作量计算公式。

【Abstract】 With the application of information technology in education and the constructing of excellent course project, making and application of web-based course have got the great attention of every university. The development of the web-based course is a time and force consuming complicated work, but there is not a ripe science computing technology yet at present in the workload of web-based course, which influenced the relevant teachers’enthusiasm of developing web-based course seriously, influenced the sound development of web-based course at the same time.From investigating the situation of workload calculation in nine institutes in Henan province, and drawing lessons from computing the workload of teaching, scientific research and experiment, combining the development experience of practicing field of ET, we propose the principles to count up the workload of web-based course: firstly the workload of web-based course is multiplied by the workload of primitive workload and an coefficient, which includes quality evaluation and rank comment; secondly, the key element that the primitive workload of web-based course calculates is while changing the making time of course into the class hour that can be weighed as teaching, workload of experiment; finally, we consider the composition element of web-based course fully, combine media’s characteristic and the convention while developing, and then derive the rational workload formulae of web-based course.
