【摘要】 IPTV以ADSL、FTTB+LAN为主要接入方式,以宽带数字机顶盒+电视机为用户终端,向用户提供电信级的服务和使用简便的电视式体验。本论文介绍IPTV产生的原因,及IPTV业务的价值。探讨了一个成熟的IPTV运营平台应该采用的业务模型。定义了IPTV平台的层次结构,并把IPTV的业务管理、支撑管理、网络层面、用户层面的相应功能职责做出了明确的规定,并对每一个层面给出了相应得技术方案。本论文中还探讨了中国网通集团吉林省通信公司建设IPTV业务平台和实验运营中的部分运营思路。

【Abstract】 IPTV is a multimedia business base on broadband ,it bring us entertainment and information from network. IPTV used ADSL and FTTB as its access network, and STB(set top box)as its media to communication with customs .IPTV give user the TV service and interactive information exchange. In this thesis we have been talking about the way which JiLin Communication Crop of CNC have been done on IPTV and construction of the platform.With the broadband network had been great development .Carriers in China and Other country counter with user develop problem. The increase number of custom can’t fix the problem which is caused by the decrease of ARPU. The performance have been dropped. There are some main reasons:1. The increase of number in personal computer is a big problem.2. The feeling of Broadband Value Added Business is not satisfied.Based in the problems above, The operator should focus on the requirement of becoming customers and providing wonderful Broadband Value Added Business, many operators find out that IPTV is the best way.IPTV can make people entertained significantly by transferring business content in IP network. In addition ,it uses standard coding technology of music and video. Mpeg-4 part 2 ,H.264 and AVS for video coding. MP3 and AAC for music coding. There should be a good network to transfer the IPTV content. In fact ,there is a network called CDN to make it perfect .The main function : 20% content which 80% users like are putted on ES while the rest are putted on CS. There is a VOD performance system to make the rule.Additonly,P2P technology is also the development goal of the IPTV. The communication between CDN and user is completed by the media protocol.1. The BSS Layer. The support platform is the joint of OSS/BSS and MAM. The system can provide the function: management of business ,product ,users, CP/SP, charging, spastics, content and so on.2. Layer of Management of IPTV Operation3. Service network of IPTV. Service network of IPTV can includes two type service point: Center Server and Edge Server.4. Layer of Terminal of IPTV. Layer of Terminal of IPTV are made of users’terminal equipment. In fact ,it is just STB. The STB is the standard embedded system. In STB, there are standard Explorer, Module of music and video coding, Media player. Generally, the TV set is used for show.The most important things of IPTV is Content. The content is produced by making, publication ,management and so on.The content is needed to be transferred to the users, completing by the CDN. The hot programs are stored in ES, but the cool programs are stored in CS.The CDN is build up on the foundation of WAN. The Wan consists of BAS,DSLAM,FTTB and LAN to provide good qualified service. And the broadcast technology is the foundation of transportation of Live Broadcast.Users select the programmed on the EPG in STB. The STB ,EPG and CDN ,the all system, can provide the function of VOD of IPTV. The EPG needs the easy subscription ,according to different time and areas. The STB should have good extendibility and management and can be updated easily by the software updating. And it can provide the authentication of valid users to management system.IPTV system should a powerful BOSS system, it can provide various business and charging modes. It should adopted Middleware.The development of IPTV business need the choice of users, especially users in important enterprise such as hotel ,government .They have good condition of Broadband .Following ,the common users is the goal of development.IPTV is the important development goal, although it is in the first period. It is believed that after a period of development ,IPIV can give the telecommunication market new air.
