船舶运动建模及虚拟现实技术的实现

【摘要】 从古至今,航海业的发展一直是一个国家兴旺发达的重要标志。对于一个70%都被海水覆盖的地球而言,海上防御对于一个国家的安全有着极其重要的战略意义。随着贸易全球化速度的加快,船舶作为运输业中极其重要的力量之一也日益引起了人们的关注。因此对船舶的研究也显得更加有意义。国内外对船舶的研究一直没有停止过。在理论上,船舶运动方程也经历了从质点运动到二维再到三维的变化。目前也已经有了较为系统的理论。在实际工程设计中,目前采用较多的方法是水池试验法。既把船舶按照适当的比例缩小进行相应的试验设计。在实验室研究中还有半物理方法,建立船舶模型结合理论计算来设计船舶。但是这些方法都存在一个问题,实验场所要求较高,研究费用大。随着计算机仿真技术的发展,虚拟现实技术的出现,并被成功的引入到船舶研究中,实验场所要求高,耗资巨大这一问题可以得到相应的解决。虚拟现实技术,它是由计算机产生,通过视、听、触觉等作用,使用户产生身临其境感觉的交互式视景仿真。目前国外如美国、丹麦等国家已经先后建立了航海仿真实验室,并成功的应用于海员训练。本文主要从虚拟现实技术角度出发研究船舶在不同海况下的运动。首先用海浪谱分析法对船舶运动进行建模,研究了船舶在一定海况条件下不同的运动状态,并用实例对船舶的横摇运动、纵摇和垂荡运动进行了数值仿真,接着采用MultiGen公司的视景仿真软件Creator结合Vega建立了船舶的模型以及一个较真实的海洋仿真环境,最后在VC环境下结合Vega的API函数编写了船舶运动的视景仿真程序。同时文中还涉及了对虚拟现实技术系统的实现基本原理的讨论。整个系统可以较真实的反映船舶在一定的海况下的运动情况,对船舶运动的进一步研究有着积极的意义。

【Abstract】 In all ages, the development of navigation is always a significant symbol for countries’prosperity. Safeguard on sea is most important for countries’safety especially for the earth which nearly 70% are covered by water. With the accelerate of world wide business, ship as one of the most important part have come to our attention. So shipping research is much more significance.Doing research on ships has never be stopped in home and abroad. Ship motion has go through two–dimension to three-dimension in theory .Nowadays,theories has become maturity .In engineering, pool experiment used very abroad , making the ships scale-down ,then do researches in the big pool.The another approach for research in the laboratory is half physics, models unite theory compute .But all of these methods have a common disadvantage that is too special for laboratory and too high research fee.As the development of computer simulations, Virtual Reality technology is introduced in ship researches successfully, the question aboved can be solved .Virtual Reality technology can produced visual simulations by computers which can make users a feeling of real .Nowadays ,lots of countries have built the simulation lads for navigation such as America and Denmark .They successfully used the VR technology for seaman’s training.This paper do a research on ship motions supported by Virtual Reality technique. First of all model ship motion in math based on ocean wave spectrum analysis and study on the ship motion in different sea states .Secondly make numerical simulations for ship rolling ,heave and pitch motion . Thirdly ,build the model of ship and the simulation environment by software Creator and Vega .Last,make the process of simulation about ship motion in VC environment.The whole system successfully simulate the ship motion in different sea states .For further research it has an active effect .
