【摘要】 随着计算机技术、网络技术和医疗卫生事业的发展,数字化医院的发展进程将大大加快。数字化医院是计算机网络技术应用于整个医疗过程的一种现代化医院信息管理模式,而实现医院文档的数字化管理是建设数字化医院的基础。本文在深入研究了各类医院文档信息特点的基础上,提出了基于B/S结构的医院文档信息管理系统的设计方案和医院文档信息管理系统的数据流、工作流以及医院文档数据库的详细设计,使该系统具有共享性、安全性、开放性、可扩展等特点。为了解决医院文档的数字化管理过程中的具体问题,本文进一步提出了医院XML文档实现HL7标准化和Schema存储方法;并重点探讨了数据挖掘技术在医院XML文档信息管理中的实现过程和实际应用,为建设数字化医院提供了技术参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Domestic digital medicine will make much greater progress as information technology and medical and hygienic causes develop. Digital hospital is a modern hospital information management mode with digital medicine applied to the whole medical processthereinto management of digital hospital document is the base on building digital hospital.Based on domestic medical environmentsand the development of international medical information exchange standards, we discussed the concepts of hospital document information management system and the realizative key techniques. The paper puts forward the hospital document information management system applys the B/S mode, data stream, job stream and database technique by applying computer and information technology. Our system possesses such advantages as common sharing, openness, security and extensibility. Its adaptation to local hospital can meet the need of user of different levels. The paper first discusses standardization on hospital documeng information and storing XML data in Schema format. And we put emphasis on how to realize and use the technology of data mining on the document information for Domestic digital medicine, in order to make much greater process for the digital hospital.更多还原
