城市路网实时状态研究

【摘要】 随着智能交通系统研究的发展,实时路网数据采集已经在智能交通领域越来越被重视。感应线圈、视频摄像头、微波雷达等对于动态交通流的自动检测手段也越来越普及。而这种基于固定检测器的交通信息采集方式受人力、资金等因素制约,交通管理部门仅在关键路段和主要路口进行了部署,其数量还不到所需的1/l0,导致城市道路路网上存在大量的信息“真空”地带。如何能够全面、准确地获取路网实时交通信息数据这个问题是我们面临的巨大挑战。本研究依托于上海市向电子信息产业发展基金申报的先进的城市道路交通监控与管理系统项目的一个子项目――城市路网实时状态研究,重点研究了基于浮动车数据的实时交通数据采集方式,并依靠出租车公司内部成熟的电召系统的实时车辆定位数据,提出了一套使用出租车实时定位数据进行路网交通状态估算的方法:对于出租车实时GPS数据进行定位,分析出租车业务逻辑的特性,抽取驾驶员行为特征,对于有效定位数据进行分析获得车辆途径路段的交通信息。通过这套方法可以有效的获取实时交通路况信息,并且投资成本和维护成本低廉,有相当的实用价值。本文首先介绍了实时交通信息采集的研究情况,包括电召系统以及相应的技术,分析了地图坐标转换、车辆定位数据匹配方法,然后根据驾驶员行车习惯重点分析了车辆定位有效采样对的获取并在此基础上进行单车路径旅行时间求取、时段内旅行时间求取的算法,填补了交通空白地带数据,并通过路上试验,说明该算法能够得到路段合理的旅行时间,能够描述路网的实时状态。最后介绍了整个系统的架构设计和实现过程。

【Abstract】 With the development of the Intelligence Transportation System, the real-time status of urban road collection is already taken much more seriously in ITS. The automatic detection method regarding the dynamic transportation is also more and more popular. For example, magnetic induction coils, video camera, microwave radar and etc. But these methods mentioned before are restricted by manpower, fund and other factors. Thus, traffic departments only have carried on the deployment in the essential road sections and the main street intersections which quantity is less than 1/ l0 of whole road. This causes the massive information“vacuum”regions on the urban road system. The huge challenge we face with is the problem of how can we get the real-time road status comprehensively and accurately.This research depends on the project of urban road transportation management system. It has emphasised on the real-time transportation data collection method of floating car data, and relys on the real-time vehicles localization data from taxi companies which proposed a set of the road network transportation condition estimation methods through the taxi real-time locating data. There are four aspects included in this method: carring on the localization of taxi real-time GPS data, analyzing the logical characteristic of taxi service, extracting the behavior characters of taxi drivers and analyzing the effective localization data to obtain the transportation informations of road section that the taxi pass through.According to this method,we can obtain the real-time transportation state of roads information effectively and have an advantage of a low investment cost and maintenance cost. This method has more practical value.First, this article has introduced the research situation of real-time transportation information collection, including the taxi electronic dispatch system as well as the corresponding technology. Analyzed the mothod of map coordinates transformation and the match method of vehicles localization data, then has analyzed the vehicles localization effective sampling with emphasis according to the drivers driving custom to get the tavel time of the road sections. It has filled the transportation blank region data.With the experiments of real data, explained this algorithm could obtain the road section reasonable travel time, int could describe the road network real-time condition. Finally this article introduced the overall system construction design and the realization process.
