基于PLC的预热闪光对焊机控制系统

【摘要】 可编程控制器是一种专为在工业环境应用而设计的计算机,在现代工业自动化领域中得到了广泛的应用。三菱Q系列PLC是当今世界上最先进的可编程控制器之一,可靠性高,功能强大,可组成多CPU控制系统以适应复杂的工业控制要求,具有很强的通信联网功能,能实现生产信息的控制和管理一体化,为控制系统的拓展提供了广阔的空间。工业触摸屏是一种具有交互功能的显示设备,集触摸健与图形于一身,外观小巧,功能强大,用于PLC控制系统的人机界面,不仅使其具有图形化、交互式的工作界面,而且可大大减少操作台上开关、按钮、仪表等的使用数量,使操作更简便,工作环境更舒适。预热闪光焊是闪光焊接的一种焊接方式,与普通的连续闪光焊接相比,它在闪光前增加了一个预热阶段,虽然以浪费时间为代价,但提高了焊件的端面温度,促使闪光开始,减少烧化留量,并降低了焊机功率。故而被利用来焊接如锚链和各种起重运输使用的链环等环形零件。液压伺服系统是以液压动力元件作驱动装置所组成的反馈控制系统,具有响应快,控制精度高,功率-重量比大等多种优点。作为焊接机的执行机构,可大大提高焊接质量。本文主要介绍了基于PLC、工业触摸屏和液压伺服系统的预热闪光对焊机控制系统的设计与实现。本控制系统采用三菱Q系列PLC,结合模块化设计思想,实现对焊接机的控制,提高了系统的生产效率,改进了系统稳定性和可靠性。选用GT1595工业触摸屏开发人机界面,替代传统的按钮和指示等,从而使人机界面更加简洁、直观、实用,使操作人员能实时了解焊接机系统的运行状况及故障信息。本系统达到了预定的设计要求,有望获得工业运行。

【Abstract】 Designed for the industrial applications, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC for short) is widely applied in the modern industry. The Q Series PLC produced by Mitsubishi is one of the most advanced programmable controller in the world, it has powerful functions, in addition, we can construct a multi-CPU control system to meet the complex technical requirements of industrial applications, meanwhile, it has strong networking capabilities to adapt to the automotive production and management, providing a wide application prospect for the expanding industry control fields.A touch panel is a display device that enables the user to interact with it by touching the screen. The application of it with PLC together not only extends the capability of PLC and constructs vivid and alternative controlling interface, but also reduces the quantity of switches, buttons and meters and simplifies the control and makes a comfortable environment.Preheating flash butt welding(FBW) provides a preheating stage before flashing and upsetting, although it may seem to be a waste of time, it raises the temperature of the joint area, saves the total flash-off, and cuts down the power of the welding machine. For the incomparable advantages compared to other welding technologies, this welding method is generally applied in welding all kinds of circular parts, such as cable chain, wheels and so on.Hydraulic servo control system is a feedback control system which uses hydraulic components as drive unit, which is famous for its rapid response, high precision control, high power-weight ratio, and so on. While used to drive the transmission and implementing apparatus in the welding system, it can greatly enhance the quality of the welding machine.This paper mainly presents the design and implement of the welding machine monitoring system based on PLC, and the touch panel. The Q series PLC produced by Mitsubishi and the modularization design idea are used to develop the control system to improve the reliability, stability and efficiency. To adapt to the poor industrial environment, to improve the interface and to simplify the configuration of hardware, GT1595 is applied as the interface in stead of the traditional panel. This excellent interface enables the operator supervise the system easily. An information manage software is developed in computer to manage the product information and faults of the system.The system meets the scheduled requirements, and is likely to be put in use in industrial applications.
