螺柱焊接机器人的控制系统

【摘要】 螺柱焊是一种将螺柱(杆、管或窄条)通过不同的焊接热源,对其端面和板材、筒体弧面或其他型体局部表面加热后加压焊合的焊接方式。螺柱焊广泛地应用在重型机械制造,车体、船体及箱体结构,锅炉和石化,高层建筑及其他工业及水工建筑工程等行业。传统手动螺柱焊接方法稳定性差,焊接精度低,尤其在工作环境比较恶劣的场所,劳动强度大。基于手工螺柱焊的诸多不足,自动螺柱焊接系统显得愈来愈重要。本文基于工程实际需要,研究开发一套自动螺柱焊接系统。在对螺柱焊接工艺以及工程需要分析的前提下,设计了螺柱焊接机的硬件系统和软件系统,与机械系统集成组成工业焊接系统,并对系统做出了测试和自动化焊接实验。硬件系统的设计。对PMAC,ACL-7225数据采集卡,伺服电机,震动锅,气动装置等单元深入研究之下,安装并调试了硬件系统。控制系统软件的设计。编写了PMAC卡的下位机和上位机程序,实现了上位机和下位机之间的通讯;结合动态链接库PECOMM32和ACLS-DLL1,完成了手动操作,单步操作,自动操作的三大功能模块;为了方便自动焊机操作者,编写了人机界面。CAD文件中点的读取和自动焊接。分析了DXF文件的数据解析和转换,优化了焊接路径,提高了焊接效率。经过试验和测试,确定了焊机工艺参数,实现了系统的运动控制、实时检测以及全闭环控制等功能,使系统具有响应快、控制精度高以及良好的稳态和动态性能,具有良好的社会效用和经济效用。

【Abstract】 Stud Welding makes the hot stud (pole, tube, small pole) welded in the surface, panel, tube-shaped arc-surface and other part surface heating up and pressurizing. Stud Welding is developed by the contacting welding. In principle, resistance welding,arc welding, electric welding and friction welding could be used with Stud Welding, but needing clamping stud and stud welding torch controling welding and pressurizing.As a welding model, Stud Welding should acclimate the development of welding craft, developing in the way of automation,intelligentization,digitalisation, and increasing the using field gradually.The author of this paper analyzes the welding process and the project need, designing the firmware system and software system. With mechanical system, it’s integrated as an industrial control system. At last, the system is experimented and tested.The author of this paper is responsible to complete the firmware design, including the welding process, PMAC, ACL-7225 data-gathering card, servo motor, vibrated pot. The firm system is fixed and debugged.The author of this paper is mainly responsible to complete the software control system design, including PMAC programme, the communication between PMAC and PC. After analyzing dynamatic linking library including PECOMM32 and ACL-DLL1, the author completes hand-manipulation, single-manipulation, and automation-manipulation at the development atmosphere of .NET. The author of this paper analyzes data’s analysis and change, then complete points’reading and automatic welding in CAD file, based on analyzing the welding path, improving the welding efficiency.The functions of motion control, real time measurement and full closed loop control are realized. The system is used in two-axes experimental platform with fast response, high precision, good static and dynamic performance. It’s very helpful for the society development and industry requirement.
