矿用大型带式输送机液粘可控软启动系统的研究

【摘要】 在分析了目前国内外带式输送机可控传动系统的基础上,提出了一种新型的液体粘性可控传动装置。该装置集机、电、液于一体,具有可控启动、可控制动、过载保护、空载启动、功率平衡、验带速度等性能。介绍了该装置的机构原理,在参数化模型的基础上进行了机构运动仿真。研究了液粘离合器的结构和工作原理,分析了液粘摩擦传动的特性、效率及发热等。根据可控软启动工作性能的要求,设计了包括离合器压力控制系统及冷却、润滑系统的软启动液压控制系统。根据大功率带式输送机对驱动装置的要求,给出带式输送机起动时理想的速度、加速度曲线。接着设计了软启动装置的电气控制系统。最后,为验证设计理论的正确性,将可独立运行的模块组装,进行了许多接近实际工况的试验。试验结果表明,该装置可以实现带式输送机的可控软启动,达到了设计目的。本文重点研究了带式输送机软启动装置的结构、工作原理、整机的参数化建模、机构运动仿真以及液粘摩擦传动的特性,设计了该装置的液压和电气控制系统。本文通过研究表明,软启动利用调节摩擦片间隙的方法精确控制多机驱动功率平衡和软制动,大大降低胶带动张力,使输送机起、制动更加平稳,同时大幅度降低设备成本。

【Abstract】 This thesis proves one new hydraulic-viscous controlled drive device on the base of analyzing ones for belt conveyers in home and abroad . This device , integrating mechanism ,electricity/electron and hydraumatic as a whole , has many characteristics , such as controlled start , controlled brake , overload protection , no-load start , power balance , testing belt speed and so on .This thesis introduces the mechanism principle of the device and makes mechanism movement simulation on the base of its parametrical model . It researches on the structure and work principle of hydraulic-viscous clutch , analyses hydraulic-viscous drive characteristics ,efficiency , heating and so on . According to request for controlled soft start device working performance , This thesis designs its hydraulic control system which includes clutch press control system ,cooling system and lubricating system . Taking a drive device which a large power belt conveyer requires into consideration , it shows out idea speed curve and acceleration one when the belt conveyer starts . In succession , it designs electrical control system for soft start device . Finally , in order to verify whether this designing theory is right , it assemblies modular which can run solely ,and makes many tests which approach actual work condition . Results of tests indicate this device can realize controlled soft start for belt conveyers , and it reaches to designing aim .This thesis mainly researches on following aspects: the structure , the working principle and the whole device parametrical model of soft start device for belt conveyer ; mechanism movement simulation; and properties of hydraulic-viscous friction drive . It also designs the hydraulic control systems and electrical control systems. This thesis proves that , soft start device, adjusting gaps among friction plates to precisely control multiple motors drive power balance and soft brake , can greatly reduce belt’s dynamic tension , make conveyers start and brake more stationary, and reduce cost of devices greatly.
