基于欧盟EN14764新标准的自行车制动性能测试系统

【摘要】 制动性能是自行车涉及安全的最重要项目之一,它对骑行者的人身安全有着直接的关系,也是自行车理论研究最复杂,测试难度最高的项目。目前欧盟出台最新标准对自行车制动性能提出全新测试要求,针对欧盟新标准要求本文通过对自行车制动理论的研究结合标准的要求,并借鉴国内外的研究成果,对测试系统进行设计与研究。通过使用优化法以及系统模糊多级评价准则对测试系统进行了全面的优化设计,对实现标准要求的功能的各机构,如驱动机构,平台结构,加载方式,制动力输入与输出机构进行优化设计,并对各种影响测试精度通过建立数学模型进行分析,并对动力源以及传动机构通过数学模型进行设计与验证。本文对测试系统电气控制系统的硬件和软件进行了设计,并对控制元器件以及控制参数进行设计,特别对电机变频控制以及施加的握闸力进行参数设计控制。本文最后通过实际对设计的测试系统进行了试验验证,一方面比对出测试系统从测试精度高与操作方便性,另一方面研究了各类车闸的特性。
【Abstract】 The bicycle brake performance is one of the most important indexes for safety running of bicycle because it related directly to the rider safe at emergency situations. The research on it is the most complex and difficulty subject in the bicycle theory. Especially at the end of 2005, The European Union release new bicycle standards, in which new test requirements for brake performance were drawn out. According to the new standard, the text, through analyzing about bicycle brake theory and drawing lessons from other organizations’research experiences, develops a new test system conforming to the EN standard.Based on optimum design method and system evaluation principles the paper design and optimize each system structures from driving unit, platform structures, loading mechanism, input and output of brake force. By analyzing mathematic model of above structures control and minimize the deviations. And through introducing the mathematic model of drive motor and transmission system design the new way for the system.This text has designed the hardware and software of the electric control system of computer test board. And choose the control units and design the parameter for it. Especially research the driving motor by frequency converter and mathematic model of the operated brake lever force.At last article with the aid of actual test verify test system designs. One the hand the test result prove the exactness and convenience of the test system, on the other hand research the performance of different brake.
