电脑提花袜机控制系统研究与设计

【摘要】 本文阐述了一种电脑提花袜机控制系统的实现过程。传统的机械式提花袜机存在着很多弱点,已经不能满足生产要求。随着电脑技术在袜机控制领域的应用,逐渐产生了电脑提花袜机。其机构简单,使用方便,编织效率高,产品品质好。本课题就电脑提花袜机工作原理、编织过程控制数据准备、控制系统实现、基于FLASH存储器的控制文件管理系统、控制系统抗干扰等方面进行了深入研究。在系统架构、控制文件管理、系统稳定性设计方面都有创新之处。根据袜子编织过程工艺复杂,涉及到频繁的数据处理、信号采集和较多的控制对象的特点,本设计提出了一种基于PC机、单片机和CPLD的三层结构的控制系统。PC机软件用于设计编织花型和生成控制文件,而单片机和CPLD构成了控制系统硬件部分的主要框架。单片机部分包括一个负责采集袜机状态信息和控制时序的主机,两个用于控制电磁阀、选针器的从机。由于选针器控制过程繁琐,本系统使用CPLD来协助完成其数据处理。依据控制系统实现方式,本设计将控制文件分为电磁阀控制文件和选针器控制文件两个部分,并详细介绍了这两个文件的生成过程和管理管理过程。由于电脑袜机工作环境复杂,并需要与外界频繁地交换数据,为了减少因干扰而造成的生产损失,本设计从硬件和软件两个方面对控制系统进行了抗干扰设计。由于通信系统是正常编织的基础,文中特别阐述了RS485总线的抗干扰设计。本课题的研究工作,为改进机械式袜机、替换自动袜机控制系统,提供了一种成本低廉,工作稳定的解决方案;也为进一步研究全电脑提花袜机,加速高档袜机的国产化进程奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The Computer Jacquard Hose-Machine system is introduced in this paper. There are many weaknesses in traditional Mechanism Jacquard Hose-Machine, but it can’t reach the need of production. With the development of Computer Technology in Hose-Machine, Computer Jacquard Hose-Machine comes to being. It has excellence of simple institution, expediency for use, high weaving efficiency and good quality.This paper focuses on the basic theory of computerized Hose-Machine, weaving data preparation, control system implementation, control data file management by FLASH techniques, anti-jamming design, etc. There are innovations in system frame, management of files and design of system stability.Based on a deep research of the working mechanism of Hose-Machine, this paper puts forward a 3 levels control system based on PC and micro-controller and CPLD. The PC part takes charge of knit-pattern design and control-file Creation, and the micro-controller and CPLD make up of the frame of control system. In this schema, 2 micro-controllers are used for the control of the electromagnetic valves and the needle selectors respectively. The other one collects the information of the Hose-Machine’s current state and coordinates above 2 micro-controllers. Such configuration divides the control data into 2 files, which are electromagnetic control file and needle selector control file. Details have been given for the creation and management of these two files. Moreover, since in-site circumstance is quite complex, studied system has elaborated an anti-interference design both from the hardware and software aspects to satisfy frequent data exchange and to eliminate possible production loss. Because the knitting is based on exact communication, the paper expounds RS485 protocol implementation in this system.This research brings forward a low-cost and steady-going scheme for upswing Mechanism Hose-Machine and replacing Hose-Machine control system. It also has built a good foundation for research on fully computerized Hose-Machine and accelerating the localization procedure in high-end Hose-Machine.
