综采工作面喷雾降尘机理及高效降尘喷嘴改进研究

【摘要】 本文通过调研发现,我国现有的喷雾降尘方法和降尘设备普遍存在的问题是降尘效率不高,呼吸性粉尘和全尘的沉降率低。主要原因是由于喷雾系统参数不尽合理,影响了喷雾降尘效果。为解决上述问题,本文通过对喷雾、喷雾降尘机理和影响喷雾降尘效果的诸多因素的研究,通过实验和对实验结果进行分析,并对各种调定参数下的雾化效果进行模拟,设计出了雾化效果更好的喷嘴来提高呼吸尘及全尘的降尘率。根据研究结果,针对清河门煤矿综采工作面现场粉尘情况,改进了该矿原使用喷雾降尘系统,取得了不错的降尘效果。

【Abstract】 By investigation found that our existing methods of dust spray equipment and the dust is the common problem of dust control efficiency is not high, respirable dust and dust all settlement rate is low. This was due spray system parameters is not very reasonable, affected the spray dust effects. To resolve these issues, this paper right Based on spray, spray mechanism and the impact of dust spray dust effects of many factors , experiments and the analysis of experimental results, as well as to set the various parameters of aerosol effects simulation, design a better atomization nozzle results to improve breathing dust and dust all the dust rate. Based on the findings, against Qinghemen fully mechanized coal dust face the scene of the mine is to improve the use of spray dust suppression system achieved good results dust.
