基于现代企业人力资源需求的理工科院校创新型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 本文从国内外人才培养模式研究现状介绍入手,具体分析了国内外在人才培养模式研究中存在的问题和不足。在提出问题的基础上,阐述了对理工科院校进行创新型人才培养模式研究的必要性及意义。文章从人才培养模式及其相关理论出发,通过对理工科院校毕业生素质现状的调查分析,推断出现代企业对人才素质需求的整体特点,并对高校人才培养与企业需求差异进行分析,提出了构建创新型人才培养模式应转变的八个方面教育思想观念,以及所要遵循的五个基本原则。运用系统综合的方法,全面统筹,系统整合,优化培养,从人才培养目标和规格、人才培养过程、人才培养制度、人才培养评价等方面对创新型人才培养模式进行系统设计,从而构建出理工科院校创新人才培养模式。

【Abstract】 This paper is to start with the foreign training patterns; it makes concrete analysis on the domestic talents training’s problems and shortcoming. Based on the problems, it expands the significance and importance of innovative talents in sciences and technology universities.This paper starts from the talents training patterns and its related theories, by anglicizing the present situation of the graduates of science and technology universities, deducting the global features of talents quality requirement, anglicizing the differences between college talents training and enterprises requirements, putting forward the eight education thoughts of constructing innovative talents training pattern as well as the five basic principles which needed to obey. Adopting system integration methods, planning accordingly, Optimal growth, systematic design in terms of talents training target and characteristic, talents training process, talents training system, talents training evaluation, etc. As a consequence, it constructs the new training patterns of innovative talents in science and technology universities.
