矿用电动机智能保护实验装置的研究与实现

【摘要】 电器智能化是矿山电器设备的发展方向。我校为满足教学的需要,建设智能电器实验室,在此背景下,我们自主研制矿用电动机智能保护实验装置。这个实验装置为智能电器及电动机智能保护实验提供了一个教学平台,通过灵活改变控制电路和修改实验程序,实现不同的实验功能。它能够完成智能电器基本构成的基础性实验,还能模拟对矿用三相电动机的多种保护功能。该实验装置是个开放型的实验系统,具有在线调试功能,可以完成创新性实验。利用实验装置的扩展功能,可以自主开发实验项目,满足不同的教学要求。这个实验装置具有良好的电磁兼容性,操作安全方便,运行稳定。目前,实验装置的研制和调试工作已经完成,并可以投入实验室的教学使用。

【Abstract】 Intellectualization is the direction of the mine electric equipment. To meet the teaching requirement, an intelligent apparatus laboratory is needed. Under this background, we research and develop an experimental device of intelligent protection for motors in mine.The experimental device, which can realize different experimental functions through changing the control circuit and program flexibly, supplies a teaching platform for the intelligent apparatus course and experiments of intelligent protection for motors. It can complete the basic experiment on structure of intelligent apparatus, and it can also simulate multiple protective functions for the three phase asynchronous motors in mine. The experimental device is an opening experimental system. It has in-circuit debug function and can finish the creative experiment. We can develop new experiments to meet different teaching requirement by its expansible function.The experimental device has good electromagnetic compatibility, safe and convenient operation and stable performance. The research and debugging work of the experimental device has been finished, and they are functioning in the teaching laboratory.
