电网设备污闪分析及监测装置研究

【摘要】 电网污闪事故对电网设备的安全运行已构成极大的威胁,其造成的经济损失和社会影响是非常巨大的。本文针对我国电网在恶劣气候侵袭下,多次发生大面积污闪事故的情况,从输变电设备外绝缘水平、大气污染和气象因素等方面,分析了电网发生大面积污闪的原因,提出了现阶段输变电设备外绝缘配置原则和防污措施。针对阜新地区特殊的地理及气候条件,分析了阜新电网创业变电站污闪事故原因,研究制定了阜新电网输变电设备防污技术措施。开发了一套基于GPRS无线通信技术的绝缘子在线状态监测系统。

【Abstract】 The accident that contamination flashover of electric network had made a huge threat on safe work in equipment of network, and economic damage and social influence it aroused is very enormous.Thesis aiming at the condition that large-acreage contamination flashover happened in electric network many times in our country under bad weather, the cause of large-acreage contamination flashover is analyzed from such ways as the insulated level of the power transformation device, air pollution and meteorological factor and so on. We present the configuration principle of the insulated level of the power transformation device and some measures about preventing contamination flashover at present. Aiming at the specially geographical and meteorological condition of Fu-xin city, analyzed the cause of contamination flashover on Chuang-ye transformer substation in Fu-xin. The technical measure against contamination flashover of the power transformation device in electric network in Fu-xin city is studied and determined.And a system of on-line state monitor for the insulator base on the wireless technical GPRS has been developed.
