基于DSP的三相无刷直流电动机调速系统的研究

【摘要】 无刷直流电机既具有直流电机结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便等一系列优点,还具备交流电机运行效率高、无励磁损耗及调速性能好等诸多优点,现已广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域。本文在对无刷直流电动机调速系统的发展及应用综述的基础上,介绍了采用DSP芯片对无刷直流电动机进行换向与转速控制的微机控制系统。文中给出了系统的总体设计方案,分析了无刷直流电机的工作原理和数学模型,提出了驱动电路和控制电路的设计策略。阐述了该系统的基本结构、工作原理、运行特性及其设计方法。文中还对硬件各种功能的控制原理和电路设计以及各软件模块(包括位置信号检测,电流信号检测,PWM波产生,故障保护中断处理等)进行分析。最后运用Matlab/simulink软件对无刷直流电动机进行了仿真,证明了该系统工作良好,达到了预期目标。

【Abstract】 The structure of BLDCM is similar to traditional DC motor,At the same time, it has the advantages of high efficiency and easily adjusting speed of AC motor. It has been widely used.On the basis of the summary for the development and application of permanent magnet brushless DC motor speed-variable system, this thesis introduces a control system, which uses DSP to control the commutation and speed of BLDCM. The basic structure, operational principle and design method of this system are set forth in this thesis. The thought of hardware design and software programming is introduced as well. At last, the experimental results are presented.In the end, I simulate the BLDCM using Matlab/simulink software which proved that the control system works well as it was expected.
