基于永磁机构的智能隔爆真空馈电开关的研究

【摘要】 真空开关在配电系统得到推广和应用,用于接通、分断电力系统并对多种故障进行实时保护监控。本论文将永磁操动机构,同步关合技术和单片机控制技术应用到真空开关的保护中,同时利用电力系统中计算机继电保护的成熟思想,设计开发了基于永磁机构并实现保护、控制、测量、显示、整定、自诊断及通讯等功能为一体的新型真空馈电开关。该智能监控装置具有漏电闭锁、短路、过载、断相、欠压、过压等保护措施,并且采用液晶显示器对运行情况及故障情况进行显示,还设有故障查询系统和通讯系统。分析了该智能监控装置的电磁兼容性问题。该智能监控装置应用于真空开关极大的提高了电气设备的整体性能,同时为计算机在电力系统中的智能监控提供较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Vacuum switch is widely used in the switch system and some other fields. It can be used for switching on and off the power system, monitoring the system to protect it from the malfunctions. Permanent magnetic actuator, synchronous closing and single chip technique are applied in the protection of vacuum switch. Using the principle of computer’s protective relaying in power system, a new kind of vacuum feed switch based on permanent magnetic actuator is developed, carrying out the functions of protecting, controlling, measuring, displaying, fixing, communication and self-diagnosis. This intelligent supervisory device with systems of communication and malfunction search has some functions such as earth leakage, short circuit,overload,phase failure,over-voltage,under-voltage and so on, displaying the operating and failure status by LCD, and installing the system of error inquiry and communication. This paper analyzes the problem of magnetic compatibility for the device. The intelligent supervisory device applies in vacuum switch, improves the whole performance of the electrical equipment highly and makes a bright future for the intelligent supervisory computer used in power system.
