非开挖技术在排水工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 非开挖施工技术(Trenchless Technology或No-Dig)是指在不开挖地表的条件下铺设、修复和更换各种地下公用设施的任何一种技术和方法。与传统的施工方法相比,具有不影响交通、不破坏环境、施工周期短、综合成本低、安全性好等优点。城市雨、污水管道承担着城市排水的重要任务。城市雨、污水管道的建设和维护标志着一个城市的文明化程度。城市雨、污水管道又是埋设最深的地下管道,对雨、污水管道的重新铺设如果采用传统的开槽施工的方法,将对道路交通造成巨大的影响,严重影响车辆的通行和行人的出入,给社会带来极大的不便。杨浦区是上海市沉管多发区,尤其是中原地区和五角场地区,自1993年来每年均有多条路段发生沉管,造成路面塌陷,影响交通安全。沉管发生的主要原因是:原有排水管处于严重的流砂层中。流砂层在地下水的作用下极其不稳定。实践证明,非开挖技术是一项技术先进、实用性强、适用面广、效益好的施工技术,在未来的城市建设中的作用将会越来越大,其应用前景十分广阔。

【Abstract】 Trenchless technology is referred to any technology and method which is used to lay, restore and replace various public underground facilities without excavating the earth’s surface. Compared with the tradition construction method, trenchless technology enjoys several advantages, such as no effects on the traffic , no destroy to the environments, short construction period, low total cost and high security.Rain and sewage conduit bear a very important mission of city’s drainage. Their construction and maintain indicate the civilization degree of the city. What is more, they are underground pipelines buried most deeply which will exert great effects on the road traffic, the going through of the vehicles and pedestrian’s coming and going out, and will cause immense inconvenience to society if traditional slotting method is used to re-lay rain and sewage conduit.Yang Pu District is an area which bears a lot of heavy tube. Especially Central Plains area and Wujiaochang, where heavy tube has happened in many road sections almost every year since 1993, which caused the subsiding of the road surface and influenced the traffic safety. The main cause of the heavy tube is: the original drainage-pipe being in the grave quicksand tier. The quicksand tier does not stabilize extremely under the groundwater effect.It is proved by practice that the trenchless technology is an advanced technology with strong pragmatic use, broad suitability and good efficiency which will play a more important role in the future civil construction and enjoys a vast application prospect.
