提高激光测距精度的研究

【摘要】 本文描述了采用相位法激光测距提高测距精度的方法,对相位法激光测距的研究状况做了详细的阐述,介绍了相位式激光测距机的发展历史,论述了相位式激光测距的原理和引起误差的原因,并对于产生误差的各种原因提出了具体的解决措施,此种方法可以提高测相的精度和稳定性,着重对精密检相电路进行了较为深入的分析和讨论。提出了小型相位式激光测距机的设计方案及相位鉴别的方法。在激光测距系统中,时标脉冲是影响测距系统精确度的关键因素。本文将高精度时间间隔测量芯片TDC-GP1应用到相位差测量系统之中,使分辨率达到0.125×10-3m,大大提高了相位式激光测距精度。

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a new method of measurement precision,which is called phase measuring method.Detail introduction is performed for the research on key techniques in laser range finding.It also introduces the development history and the advanced development of phase-shift laser range finding and analyses the tendency of phase range finding technology.The principle and error analyses of phase laser range finding are discussed.Some practical method are introduced to improve the precision and stability of the phase measurement.The design of the miniature phase laser distance gauge is put forward,and also the method to process staistics and phase discrimination is introduced simultaneously.In laser ranging system,the time calibration is the key factor for measuring precision. Based on the chip of TDC-GP1 with high precision time interval measurement,a kind of puled laser ranging system was used in this laser ranging system.The time resolution of 0.125×10-3m,greatly improving the precision of the phase-laser rangefinder.
