焦炭的钝化处理研究

【摘要】 本实验采用焦炭的钝化处理技术,以鞍钢、盛盟和北台焦炭为研究对象,以硼酸、硼砂、ZBS和SiO2为钝化剂,分别在钝化和无钝化的条件下对焦炭进行国标反应性和反应后强度测定。在实验中考察了钝化剂的吸附量、钝化剂的种类和焦炭的质量对焦炭热性能的影响。实验结果表明:硼酸、硼砂、ZBS和SiO2对三种质量不同的焦炭都具有一定的钝化效果;钝化剂吸附量对焦炭热性能的改善具有重要的影响;焦炭吸附钝化剂对焦炭反应性的钝化作用存在吸附量的饱和点,不同钝化剂对焦炭吸附量的饱和点也不一样;钝化剂的种类对焦炭热性能的改善具有重要的影响,不同钝化剂对焦炭的钝化效果不尽相同,硼酸的钝化作用最强,最多可使CRI降低13.84%,CSR提高29.34%,SiO2的钝化作用最弱,最多可使CRI降低3.47%,CSR提高4.41%1焦炭本身的质量对钝化效果的影响比较明显,质量比较差的焦炭钝化效果比较显著;钝化与无钝化相比,焦炭反应后的气孔结构和显微结构有明显的改变。

【Abstract】 The test adopts technology of coke passivation disposal,takes AnGang, ShengMeng and BeiTai coke as the raw material, and takes boric acid, borax and ZBS as passivator, and then measured the coke reaction index(CRI) and coke strength after reaction(CSR) with passivation and non-passivation separately. A series of experimentation to review the passivator adsorptive capacity , the passivator breed and coke quality influenced to the coke thermal performances.As the experimental result indicates,the boric acid, borax, ZBS and SiO2 have passivation results to the coke thermal performances,The passivator adsorptive capacity has the very important effect to improve coke thermal reactivity, The passivator adsorptive of coke has the saturated point. The different passivators have various saturated point on adsorptive of coke, The different passivators have various passivation results on coke, The boric acid is the strongest in passivation, the CRI can be most decreased 13.84% and CSR increase 29.34%, The SiO2 is the lowest in passivation, the CRI can be most decreased 3.47% and CSR increase 4.41%.The coke quality has the obvious effect on passivation results, the poor quality coke have the obvious passivation results. Comparing with non-passivation, after passivation the structure of stomata and microstructure of coke obviously changed.
