抽风制度对烧结过程的影响

【摘要】 在钢铁企业中,烧结生产具有举足轻重的地位。一方面是因为烧结矿的质量直接影响高炉生产的质量;另一方面,烧结厂不仅是能耗大户,而且它所生产的烧结矿质量将直接影响高炉炼铁的焦比。因此,提高烧结矿的产量和质量就成为各个钢铁企业竞争点。当今,烧结主要采用抽风烧结。影响烧结过程的因素有很多。本文主要从抽风制度对烧结过程的影响的实验室研究入手,研究不同的抽风制度下,烧结矿的产、质量。本文中,抽风制度主要研究点火负压、烧结负压和点火温度。在实验室,用东鞍山烧结厂提供的原料,用正交试验设计九组方案,重复两次,取平均值作为实验结果。用正交试验多指标综合平衡分析法科学的分析了成品率、转鼓强度、烧结速度、低温还原粉化率、利用系数、返矿率、烧损率和烧成率等八个和烧结矿产量以及质量相关的指标。本文还描绘出在实验室和烧结现场的烧结过程中的风速、风温变化曲线图,为研究烧结过程中的气流分布提供了参考依据。在对考察的八个指标的影响中,占主导影响地位的是点火负压,其次是烧结负压。但是不同的原材料要结合不同的抽风制度。本文为研究抽风制度对烧结过程的影响提供了一种方法。

【Abstract】 The sinter production have a decive role in the iron and steel enterprises. On one hand, it is the sintering ore quality will affect the production quality of the blast furnace. On the other hand, the sintering plant is not only the high consumption, but also the the sintering ore quality produced by it would directly affect the coke ratio of the blash furnace ironmaking. So the quality and the output of the sintering ore have become the competitive point for varous iron and steel enterprise.Nowadays, sintering production mainly adopt the method of sintering draught. Many elements would impact the sintering process. This text starts from the laboratory research for the inffluence on the draught to the sintering process. It is studied about the quality and output of the sintering ore under different draught regulation. In this text, the draught regualtion include low negetive pressure ignition, sintering negative pressure and ignition temperature.In laboratory, with the raw material offerd by the East Anshan sintering plant, adopting the orthogonal experiment design nine groups of proposals, and considering the average value of twice as the test result. We use the orthogonal experimental multiple attribute equilibrium method analyze the rate of the finish products, drum-test strength, sintering speed, low temperature, reduced powered rate, utilization coefficient, return fine rate, burn out rate, calcination rate, the output of the sintering ore and other indexs related to the quality. The air speed of the laboratory and the sintering scene during the process, and the graph of the air temperature also be described in the text, which supply the refenerced basis for the air flow distribution in the sintering process.In the observed eitght indexs, the low negative press ignition is predominate, and the sintering nagative press is in the next place. But different raw material should combine with different ragulations of draught. The research in this text offers a method to the influence on the draught regulation to the sintering process.
