镁基脱硫剂铁水预处理的研究

【摘要】 镁基脱硫剂深脱硫技术以高效、低耗的脱硫效果成为铁水预处理的重要手段,并得以推广和应用,运用科学合理的操作方法可以达到降低粉剂消耗、缩短喷吹时间和减少温降等目的,从而实现提高脱硫率和镁的利用率。本文对镁基脱硫剂铁水炉外脱硫体系的热力学和脱硫剂脱硫机理进行了比较系统的理论分析,从理论上对各种脱硫剂的脱硫能力进行了阐述,在此基础上,结合鞍钢复合喷粉脱硫工艺,对喷粉速率、载气流量、铁水温度等因素对脱硫效果的影响进行了研究,旨在为工业生产中提高脱硫速度、脱硫率和镁的利用率提供参考,在一定程度上,可用来指导实际生产。

【Abstract】 The technique of external desulphurization of molten iron with magnesium containing desulphurizer has become a main method for the pretreatment of molten iron because of high desuphurization rate, low cost, and has been used widely. Resonable opration can obtain the good treatment results, such as lower powder comsumption, shorter treatment time,lower temperature decrease, higher desulphurization rate, magnesium utilization rate and so on. In this paper, both thermodanymics and desulphurization mechanism of the desulphurization of molten iron were analyses theoretically, and studied the effects of the powder spraying rate, flow of carrier gas, temperature decrease on the desulphurization rate combined with the complex desulphurization process in Ansteel. The goal of this investigation is to provide some reference and the theoretical direction to raise the deslphurization rate and magnesium utilization rate for the real production opration.
