水平旋喷注浆超前加固机理及在隧道工程中的应用

【摘要】 随着我国交通事业的发展,出现了许多在软弱地层开挖的隧道,在施工过程中保证隧道和围岩的稳定性是施工成败的关键,因此必须采取一些超前加固处理措施来保证施工的顺利进行,而水平旋喷注浆超前加固就是一种比较好的处理方式。本文为了更好的研究水平旋喷注浆超前加固的力学机理,在弹塑性力学范围内考虑自重应力推导出了圆孔扩张理论的应力和位移分布公式,进一步说明了其加固地层的本质。同时,本文结合地层结构模型,采用邓肯—张的非线性弹性本构模型,考虑了浅埋暗挖2种工法施工对隧道上部地表沉降的影响,利用ANSYS有限元软件,针对地铁隧道开挖方式不同对地表的影响进行了数值分析,得出了一定规律性和有益的结论。本文在综合分析水平旋喷注浆加固机理的基础上,结合具体隧道工程,采用理论分析、数值计算和现场实测等研究手段,得到了水平旋喷注浆超前加固对开挖隧道的影响,重点分析了地表、拱顶和仰拱处的位移变化,同时也研究了水平旋喷注浆超前加固对周围土的非线性变形的塑性区域和隧道结构内力的影响。以上研究基本阐明了城市浅埋暗挖隧道工程中,采用水平旋喷注浆加固预支护技术所面临的主要技术问题,对该技术进一步的研究和推广应用具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of traffic engineering, more and more high-way and railway tunnels, especially, urban underground engineering, are built. Commonly urban under ground projects are of shallow depth and the stratum condition located is very bad. The application of tunneling method will have a great influence on the stratum, which would result in great ground subsidence. For tunnels being close to or intersecting with important ground structures, underground objects or underground pipes, the allowed ground subsidence during construction is very limited. This contradiction poses a difficult subject to the field of the underground engineering at all times.For having a better research of horizontal whirling jet grouting pre-reinforcement mechanics the article gives the stress and displacement formula of soil in the mechanics of plastic to explain the soil reinforcement essence further contained self-weight field. At the same time, the Duncan-Chang non-linear elasticity constitutive model is adopted and the influence of settlement of ground surface in the process of underground tunnel excavation with two different methods is considered in this paper, the influence of settlement of ground surface in the sand soil area with two different methods of underground tunnel excavation is analyzed by ANSYS finite element software. Some useful conclusions are gained.On the basis of analyzing the reinceforcement mechanics of horizontal whirling jet grouting comprehensively, the influence levels of horizontal whirling jet grouting pre-reinforcement are obtained by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, testing in situ and other ways with tunnel engineering associated. Not only are the displacement changes of soil surface、arch crown and inverted arch analyzed but also the plastic zone and endogen force changes of tunnel are analyzed.Above all, this research has reference value to the Horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting’s further applications.
