FRP约束混凝土轴心受压构件徐变简化计算方法研究

【摘要】 目前通过理论分析得出的FRP约束混凝土构件徐变计算方法比较复杂,需要计算机迭代计算,不便于在工程实践中运用。而且各国的FRP约束混凝土设计规程中也没有对徐变影响因素给出全面、合理的简化计算公式。本文首先对基于B3模型所建立的FRP约束混凝土轴心受压构件的徐变计算模型进行了分析和改进,编制了相应的计算程序,通过理论计算结果与试验数据对比分析验证了模型的正确性。其次,对影响FRP约束混凝土徐变的因素进行分析,依据上述模型计算得出大量数据,采用多元非线性回归方法,回归得出便于实际设计应用的各种FRP约束混凝土轴心受压构件徐变简化计算公式,将简化计算公式与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。最后给出了具体应用实例说明了简化计算公式的使用方法和使用效果。基于B3模型计算FRP约束混凝土构件徐变合理,采用的回归手段先进,得出的简化计算公式的计算结果与理论计算值符合较好,简化计算公式具有形式简单、考虑因素全面的特点,便于在工程实践中推广和设计规范中采用。

【Abstract】 Now the calculating methods for the creep of Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Wrapped Concrete Columns (FWCC) members are complicated, and need corresponding iterative procedures to calculate it, so it is not suitable for practical design. And the simple calculation formulas considered influencing factors in regulations around the world are not comprehensive and reasonable.The paper analyzes and modified the creep model of axially compressed FWCC members based on the B3 model for concrete creep, then corresponding computational procedures are established, according to the contrast analysis between the theoretical calculation result and tentative data, the model accuracy is confirmed. Then the influencing factors of FRP-confined concrete creep are analyzed, great amount of calculated data are obtained based on the calculating method for the creep of FWCC members, by adopting the theory of multivariate nonlinear regression analysis, simplification calculating formulas for creep of FWCC members are obtained, then the results of the simplification calculating formulas are compared with the theoretical calculation results. At last the examples are given to specify the use method and use effect.The creep model of axially compressed FWCC members based on the B3 model for concrete creep is reasonable and effective; the regression method is advanced, the results obtained by the simplification formulas agree well with the theoretical data. The simplification formulas have the characteristic of simple and comprehensive. And they are suitable for practical design.
