客运专线中心站与城市交通换乘及其效果评价研究

【摘要】 目前我国在大规模铁路客运专线建设、既有线改造的同时,规划配套新建多座客运专线中心站,而城市换乘交通方式的多样化发展迫切要求对客运专线中心站各种交通方式的换乘衔接进行研究。论文在简要阐述国内客运专线中心站规划建设及技术特点之后,分析了我国铁路客运专线中心站内客流特征以及城市交通运输组织,并阐述了不同交通方式之间在客运专线中心站的换乘衔接方式,在以上分析的基础之上提出了客运专线中心站与城市各交通方式间的换乘组织模式。论文重点研究的内容是在分析我国客运专线中心站与城市交通换乘的影响因素及评价指标建立的原则基础之上,确定了客运专线中心站与城市交通换乘效果评价指标体系,继而阐述了AHP—模糊综合评价模型的基本原理,并对既有方法和理论进行改进,提出了基于AHP模糊综合评价法的客运专线中心站与城市交通换乘效果评价模型,为了模型应用方便,利用Visual Basic技术构建了基于AHP模糊综合评价法的客运专线中心站与城市交通换乘效果评价辅助决策支持系统。论文最后以规划新建北京南站为例,利用辅助决策支持系统进行方案评价,初步验证了研究方法的实用性和有效性。

【Abstract】 It was planned to build many dedicated passenger line central stations as constructions of dedicated passenger line and transformation of existing line in china. The diverse development of traffic modes in city urgent requires to research on transfer between different modes in dedicated passenger line central station.After briefly describing the planning and technical feature of dedicated passenger line central station, the dissertation analyzed passenger characteristics and traffic organization and urban traffic organization, and analyzed the transfer between different traffic modes. On the basis of the analysis above, the paper revered to transfer organization model between dedicated passenger line central station and urban traffic modes.The main research contents were that the evaluation index system of transfer effect was determined, On the basis of influencing factors and principle of establishing evaluation index, Then detailed discussed the basic principle of AHP and fuzzy synthetically evaluation, and improved existing theory and method, proposed the model of Transfer Effect Evaluation between dedicated passenger line central station and urban traffic modes based on the method of AHP and fuzzy synthetically evaluation. The detailed discussion about the application theory and step was made. For convenient application, using Visual Basic to establish Transfer Effect Evaluation assistant decision support system based on the method of AHP and fuzzy synthetically evaluation between dedicated passenger line central station and urban traffic modesThe dissertation also took new Beijing south station as an example, using assistant decision support system to evaluate the project, initial to proof the practicability and maneuverability of the research method.
