【摘要】 随着长江流域经济的发展和对外开放港口的增加，江海联运船舶(包括外轮)也日益增多。为了满足内河船舶、近海船舶和远洋船舶、长江航运相关部门、长江企事业单位对电子海图和电子航道图的相结合需求，长江电子航道图的制作与发布应在总体上遵从国际电子海图的相关标准，同时又能够很好地适应长江航运的实际需要。因此推行一套适合海上和内河范围使用的ECDIS标准具有重大的社会效益和经济效益。伴随着航海技术现代化程度的日益提高和计算机技术的逐渐成熟，IHO S-52表示库已经被很好的实现并在航海船舶中得到广泛地应用。为了完善江海联运符号库，实现江海联运船舶能够使用江海联运ECDIS表示库，在IHO S-52表示库的符号库基础上，研究增加内河物标符号的方法，本文的主要工作为：首先是物标符号分类问题的研究。根据物标来添加符号是完善符号库的主线。经过多次与长江航务局、长江航道局专家的探讨研究，收集了长江航道及其附近对船舶航行安全有影响的物标，根据S-57对物标描述的方法来创建一个比较完善的江海联运物标类目。然后是符号化表示新符号的方法研究。采用IHO S－52表示库的符号矢量描述格式进行新符号的符号化。具体是用表示库的矢量语言把新符号的大小，线的宽度、颜色进行描述，并分别从点、线和填充符号三类符号中各选取一个符号为例，研究它们的符号化格式。完善江海联运表示库是一项艰巨并长久的任务，江海联运物标类目及其使用方法、符号库有待于更加完善，欲使之最后能得以应用还需要进一步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the economic development of the Yangtze River Basin and the increase in the port opening to the outside world,river-and-ocean going transport vessels (including the foreign ship) increasing. In order to meet the demand of inland ships、offshore vessels,ocean-going vessels、Yangtze River shipping-related departments and institutions for electronic charts combined electronic path charts , the production and dissemination of Yangtze River electronic path charts should be complianced with international standards related to electronic chart in general, at the same time,it can be able to adequately meet the actual needs of the Yangtze River Shipping. Therefore, a suitable use of the sea and the river ECDIS standards is of great social and economic benefits.With modernized degree of navigation technology improved increasingly and the computer technology riped gradually, IHO S-52 Presentation library has been realized and applied in seagoing ships widely. In order to make river-and-ocean intermodal symbol library perfect and lay the foundation for achieving the use of river-and-ocean intermodal ECDIS Presentation library for river-and-ocean intermodal ships, on the basis of the symbol library of IHO S-52 Presentation library, researching the way of increasing river object symbols. The main work of this thesis is:The first is the reseach of the object symbol classification. The main line is to make the symbol library perfect according to add object symbols. After repeated research with experts from the Yangtze River Navigation Bureau and the Yangtze River Waterway Bureau, Collecting objects that has impact on the safety of navigation in the rever and besides, According to the method described objects from S-57 to create a complete river-and-ocean intermodal Objects Category.The second is to research the methods that symbolize the new symbols. Symbolizing the new symbols by IHO S-52 Presentation library vector format description of the symbols. Describ the size,the line width,the color of the new symbols with the Presentation library vector language,take one example from point symbols,line symbols and Filled symbols respectively to reseach their symbolizd format.Making river-and-ocean intermodal Presentation library perfect gradually is an arduous and long-term task, we also need further reseach in order to let it be applicated in our work.We should try our best to do it.更多还原
