龙虾加工副产品虾头、虾壳在中华鳖日粮中综合利用

Study on Comprehensive Utilization of Shrimp Head and Shell in Chinese Soft-shelled Turtle Diet

【摘要】 本文分析测定了虾头、虾壳匀浆营养成份,结果表明,匀浆含水分78.2%,粗蛋白、钙、磷、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸+胱氨酸含量分别为8.55%、1.5%、0.107%、0.47%、0.29%。以虾头、虾壳匀浆为主要原料,研制了提高鳖抗病力和风味品质的功能性饲料—“速冻鲜饲料”,研究制定了其配套的加工工艺,并对“速冻鲜料”开展了免疫学功能评价实验以及对稚鳖、幼鳖、成鳖饲养试验,结果表明,这种饲料具有一定的保健功能,显著增加机体细胞免疫和体液免疫;显著提高稚鳖、幼鳖、成鳖的成活率,减少疾病,节省养殖成本,改善甲鱼品质。虾仁加工副产品(虾头、虾壳)在中华鳖日粮中的综合利用研究,解决了虾仁加工业环境污染问题,变废为宝,促进了中华鳖养殖业的持续健康发展,具有创新意义。

【Abstract】 In this study nutrient components of the hemogenous mix of shrimp head and shell was tested and analyzed, the results indicated that the hemogenous mix contain 78.2% of water, 8.55% of crudecoarse protein, 1.5% of calcium, 0.107% of phosphorus, 0.47% of lysine and 0.29% of Methioninum + cysteine. The tested hemogenous mix was used as main raw material to develop a functional feed called "deepfreeze fresh feed" for Chinese softshell turtle which could improve the flavor of Chinese softshell turtle and its anti-disease ability. The matching process technics was also developed to make this functional feed. Then experiment was conducted on "deepfreeze fresh feed" to evawate its immune function. Feeding experiment was also done on young, under age and fully grown Chinese softshell turtle, the results showed that the functional feed developed in this study have health care function, which could remarkably increase the cell and fluid immunity of the body, and the surviving rate of young, under age and fully grown Chinese softshell turtle, and reduce the cost the feeding and the occurrence of diseases, which finally improved the quality of Chinese softshell turtle. The study of utilizing by product of shrimp in Chinese softshell turtle daily diet solved the problem of environment pollution during shrimp meat processing, it is of great innovating importance for promoting sustainable and healthy development of Chinese softshell turtle breed industry.
