【摘要】 随着我国高等教育和知识经济的快速发展,培养出一批具有高学历的新白领,改善了中国的人力资源结构。由于新白领刚开始工作不久,收入较低,居住条件并不理想,同时住房需求面临支付能力不足的问题,而且新白领的住房问题在短期内无法自己解决,需要通过政府的补助或政策扶持来改善居住条件。本论文在对新白领的生理、心理、社会、经济等方面的特点和新白领的生存现状进行分析的基础上,通过问卷调研,搜集关于新白领的基本信息、目前居住现状、居住改善意愿及趋势、对公共住房政策的主观意愿四个方面情况的数据,再通过构建Logistic回归模型,分析新白领住房支出承受能力和短期购房意向的影响因素。接着介绍了国内外解决青年住房问题的一些做法,对其经验得失进行归纳总结。在对上述基础理论研究和国内外实践经验的分析后,论文最后提出了解决城市新白领住房问题相关政策的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of the higher education and knowledge economy, a large number of the young white collars are brought up and improve the structure of Chinese human resources. As the reason of short time they set to work and low salary, their living condition is not satisfactory. In addition, their payment is deficient for housing demand, so the young white collars can’t solve their housing problem in short time and they need government subsidy or policy support to improve the living condition.On the base of analyzing the young white collars’ physiological and psychological characteristics, social and economic characteristics and the inhabitation condition, we collect the data of the young white collars’ basic information、living condition、the trend and goodwill to improve their living condition and the subjective wish to public housing policy through questionnaire researching. Then we use the Logistic regression model to examine characteristics associated with housing affordability and the purchase intention in the short time. Finally, we analysis the domestic and foreign experience in solving the young white collars housing problemAfter analyzing above theory research, domestic and foreign experience, this paper finally proposes some suggestions to solve the young white—collars’ accommodation.更多还原
