视频会议技术在军事中的应用

【摘要】 近年来,视频会议在实用化方面取得了迅速的发展,并在军事、经济、文化等领域发挥了显著的作用,功能也由原先单纯的电视会议功能发展成远程教学系统、远程监控系统、远程医疗系统等多方面的综合业务。因此,视频会议技术势必要进入一个新的发展阶段。现有国际标准中ITU的H.323建议是一种被普遍采用和参考的标准。随着IP网的迅速发展,相对于其他的一些建议,依据H.323建议所构成系统的有更好的成熟性、互通性、经济性及适用的广泛性。相对于SIP协议,H.323更好的提供多点控制的会议集中管理模式,在构建军事用途的多媒体通信系统时有明显的优势。本文首先介绍了视频会议系统的一些基本知识,包括分类、组成、发展现状等,对ITU-TH.323多点会议电视系统及相关模块的设计和实现进行了探讨,其次设计了符合H.323协议族标准,能够实现局域网内会议终端之间的实时信令交互和数据传输的视频会议系统。最后,对视频会议的安全管理进行了讨论,并给出了建议,做出了比对选择。对会议电视系统的发展进行了总结和展望。本文所研究的内容适应当前科学技术的发展与更新,具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Recently, video conference has improved rapidly in practice and been used widely in military, economy and culture. The function of video conference has developed from the simple video conference to integrated services such as remote learning system, remote monitoring system and remote medical system etc. Video conference will be in a new development generation. Now ITU H.322 suggestion, one of international video conference standards, is an international standard applied and referenced widely. With the development of IP networks, video conference system designed based on H.323 suggestion is more mature, interchangeable, economical and used more widely. Compared with SIP protocol, H.323 suggestion supports the multipoint conference with centralized management mode. H.323 has obvious advantage in the military multimedia communication system.This thesis introduces some basis knowledge of video conference system at first, including classifying, components, developing situation and so on. The design and implement of ITU-T H.323 multimedia application system is discussed in this thesis .Secondly, video conference system complying with the ITU-T H.323 protocol is achieved, which can transmit multimedia data on LAN. Finally, the summarization and prospect of video conference system are given.
