GPS用于电信资产管理信息数据采集系统

【摘要】 当前条件下,GPS全球卫星定位技术已经日趋成熟,可以在全球范围内实现任何气候条件下的连续、实时高精度三维精密导航定位和时间传递。GPS导航定位系统属于无线电导航定位系统,只需通过接收设备接收卫星播的信号就能测定卫星信号传播时间延迟或相位延迟,解算出接收机与GPS卫星间的距离,即可确定接收机位置。MAPGIS是一个大型工具型地理信息系统软件,可对空间数据、属性数据、GPS等实时数据进行有效的采集,实现多元数据的一体化、可视化管理,具有完备的空间分析和最佳路径求解、资源分配等多种实用网络分析功能,大数据量的缓冲分析速度比同类型软件快14倍,应用这种地理信息系统软件建立电信资源管理系统,可以使复杂的电信系统线路、交换、传输等专业的多元化数据管理更加高效和便捷。将GPS技术用于电信资源管理MAPGIS系统,是国内首创、世界领先的技术方案,该系统提出了一系列完整的通信网络地理信息系统解决方案,以实现通信资源综合管理网络的资源管理、规划设计、工程施工、维护管理与统计分析等方面的数字化与智能化,能为各相关职能部门提供多专业、多层次、多目标的综合服务,并在此基础上,采用标准化接口技术,为最终完成与电信局在线“九七”工程(市话综合业务计算机管理系统)及现有通信网络设备监控系统的对接,为实现基于地理信息系统的通信综合业务(TCGIS)、通信综合网络设备实时监控(DTGIS)、办公自动化(OAGIS)、物业管理自动化(BMGIS)的计算机一体化奠定基础。通过大量的实地测量和测试数据比对,证明此系统具有工作效率高、定位精度高、环境适应性强、可全天候作业以及易于维护、携带方便等特点,而且在测试精度上完全可与国外同类先进系统相媲美,甚至在某些方面上还具有一定优势,各项数据均较为理想,整体系统达到了设计目标,完全符合电信资源高效管理的要求。

【Abstract】 Global Positioning System, also named GPS for short, has been developed with great progress at present, which is capable of three-dimensional and highly precise navigation location and time transmission in all weather, in continuation, and in real-time. GPS navigation location system belongs to wireless navigation location systems. The receiver location could be determined by users just through the calculation of distance between the receiver and GPS satellites by receiving those singles which detect time delay or phase delay of satellite transmission.MAPGIS, an extensive geographical information system software, is used for the collection of real-time data, such as special data, attribute data and GPS, thereby, carrying out the integration of multiple data and visualization management. Furthermore, it has the advantage of many functions for useful internet analysis, including perfect special analysis, optimal pathway solution and resource allocation. It is reported that buffering analysis of multiple data is 14 times the speed of other software of the same kind. So, it is the basis of network, exchange and transmission for telecommunication.It is far ahead for the usage of GPS for telecommunication in our country around the world. We have proposed a series of integrated resolution project of communication information, in order to carry out digitization and intelligentification of resource allocation, program planning, engineering construction, maintenance management and statistical analysis of telecommunication, provide comprehensive services of multiple professions, multistrata and multiple objects, and thus, accomplish the online "97" project and the docking of current telecommunication network monitoring system, for the final aim of TCGIS, DTGIS, OAGIS and BMGIS integration. It is suggested that this system has the characteristics of efficiency, high precise and perfect environmental suitability in all weather based on the spot detection. It is also portable and easy to protect. This system is as perfect as those products of the same kind abroad, and what’s more, it may possess many good functions for some extent. Its data are accurate and the total system is reasonable. This system is absolutely consistent with the requirement of efficient telecommunication resource management.
