聚合物驱窜聚机理及防窜技术研究

【摘要】 中国绝大多数油田都采用早期注水进行开发,目前各主力油田均已先后进人高含水期,含水率迅速上升,含水率高,迫切需要发展新的石油开发技术,大幅度提高老油田的采收率。其中化学法的聚合物驱油技术是我国目前开展最广泛的三次采油的技术之一,已经由先导性试验步入大面积推广应用阶段,目前大庆、大港、河南、胜利油田均进行了聚合物驱矿场应用,取得了较好的增油效果,但由于长期的注水开发,造成油藏储层及流体物性发生很大变化,虽然经过前期的堵水调剖,但是驱油过程中高渗透条带引起聚合物的突进,导致聚合物发生严重的窜流,使聚合物驱油效率降低,受效井过早见聚,含水上升快,采出聚合物液浓度高,因此研究聚合物的窜流规律具有重要意义,通过实验研究与数值模拟相结合,分析现场影响窜聚的地质与工艺因素,对窜聚的影响因素进行敏感分析,确定主要的影响参数,根据分析设计微观的可视化实验、长管岩心驱替实验、平板模型物理模拟实验研究窜聚的机理,将实验研究结果与胜坨油田的实际进行结合,为油田防窜设计提供理论指导,从而提高油田采收率,具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Water flooding is the major way in oil field of China , at present, some important field has been in high water hold, water cut has raised rapidly, this require new technology to enhance recovery. Among which methods, polymer flooding is widely applied in China, it has been accomplished through plot experiment to spread period , Daqing ,Dagang,Henan,Shengli oil field have carried out polymer flooding and obtain good effect, however after long period water flooding , reservoir parameters and fluid character all have changed, although water plugging has been done , viscous finger also occurs to polymer flooding during displace process ,this lead to polymer cross flow and affect oil displacement efficiency ,oil well polymer advance output , and then water cut rapid ascend, polymer concentration is high from oil well, so it is significant to research the polymer cross flow ,through experiment and analyze , factors are analyzed by geography and techniques, sensitivity analysis also are studied, main factors are confirmed , according to experiments , microcosmic visual and long -core test and flat model are combined to study cross flow mechanism, at last, experiments results and oil field condition are optimized, and this provide base for enhance recovery.
