地毯簇绒装备横动提花机构研究与设计

【摘要】 实现地毯簇绒装备的横动提花,极大丰富了地毯的花形,对于地毯簇绒技术的发展有着重要的意义和广阔的应用前景。地毯簇绒装备的横动提花是通过推动针排的横向移动实现的,而针排的横向移动,可以用凸轮机构的传动实现。本文研究了机械凸轮横动和电子凸轮横动两种横动提花的方法,讨论了机械凸轮横动提花系统传动机构的设计和等径凸轮轮廓曲线自动生成软件的设计,以及以PMAC运动控制器为控制核心、工业控制机为系统支撑、富士伺服电机为驱动的电子凸轮横动提花系统的设计。(1)通过对地毯簇绒装备横动提花原理的分析,对地毯簇绒装备横动提花两种方法进行了总体设计。(2)机械凸轮横动提花系统采用链轮机构-减速器-等径凸轮-针排的传动机构。根据花形对横动的要求分析,用数学解析法建立了等径凸轮的数学模型,设计了等径凸轮轮廓曲线自动生成软件,该软件具有通过输入模拟花形,自动生成等径凸轮轮廓曲线的功能。(3)根据电子凸轮实现横动提花的原理和横动提花的控制要求,完成了电子凸轮横动提花系统中伺服电机、滚珠丝杠副和运动控制器的选型计算,分析了电子凸轮横动提花系统的硬件组成,并设计了系统的控制软件,对PMAC运动控制器和电子凸轮横动提花系统的调试方法进行了说明。通过系统调试测得的数据,证明了本系统的稳定性和可行性。

【Abstract】 The realization of the pattern transverse of carpet tufting machine will enrich carpet patterns, and these technologies have a very important meaning of carpet tufting technology’s development in the long run and will have an excellent prospect.Pattern laterally of carpet tufting machine was realized by driven needle bar shifting means. Moreover, the shifting of needle bar could realize by cam driven mechanisms. In this dissertation, the mechanical cam transverse method and the electronic cam transverse method were researched. And have a discussion on the design of the transmission structure of mechanical cam pattern transverse system as well as the design of equal diameter cam outline curve automatic created software. Furthermore, finished the design of the electronic pattern controlling system, which is as PMAC motion controller as the control core, supported by industrial computer, and based on Fuji servo motor as the driver.(1) Through the research of the pattern transverse theory of the carpet tufting machine, design the general scheme of the two type pattern transverse methods.(2) The transmission mechanisms of the mechanical cam pattern transverse system adopt chain wheel to reducer to equal diameter cam to needle bar means. Then basis the analysis of shifting request of carpet patterns, use mathematic method set up the mathematic model of equal diameter cam. Design the equal diameter cam outline curve automatic created software basis this mathematic model. This software possess the function of automatic create equal diameter cam outline curve basis the input patterns.(3) Finish the selection calculation of servo motor, ball bearing screw and motion controller of electronic pattern transverse system basis on the research the theory of use electronic cam realize pattern laterally and the control request. Meanwhile, have an analysis of the hardware components of the electronic cam pattern transverse system and design the controlling software of the system. Illustrated the debugging method of PMAC motion controller and electronic cam pattern transverse system. Get the debugging and testing data of the system, and this data proves the stability and feasibility of the system.
