【摘要】 医疗市场是社会主义市场体系的一个组成部分,加入世界贸易组织为中国的整体市场带来前所未有的发展机遇,也必然对我国医疗服务业的发展产生积极的促进作用;但是,从某种意义来说,加入世界贸易组织不只是医疗服务方面加入世界贸易组织,而首先应当是医疗卫生法律法规体系加入世界贸易组织。加快修订、制定或废止医疗卫生服务领域有关法律法规,履行我国对外开放医疗服务市场的承诺,并加强监督管理,坚持以人为本,全面落实科学发展观,把握机遇,迎接挑战,全面推进卫生改革与发展,不断提高广大人民群众的健康水平,是我国加入世界贸易组织后的一项紧迫而又长期的任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical market is one part of market system in socialism. Entering into the WTO which brings ever-developing opportunities for China’s overall market is bound to influence on promoting China’s medical services to develop. In a sense, however, entering into the WTO is not just for medical services. To be exact, laws and regulations for medical and public health should be considered first to enter into the WTO. It is an urgent and long-run task for China to accelerate revising, setting or canceling the laws and regulations related to medical services, to achieve the pledge of opening medical service market, to strengthen supervision and management, to insist the people-oriented strategy, to carry out the view of scientific development completely, to grasp opportunities and face challenges, to promote medical reform and development as a whole, and to increase healthy level of the public continuously.更多还原
