MEGIS地图库管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 地图库管理系统是一个运行在Windows平台的软件系统,它实现了军事嵌入式地理信息系统(MEGIS)空间数据的预处理与模拟显示。论文对地图库管理系统进行了设计,并基于它实现了MEGIS空间数据的预处理与效果检验,具体工作如下:(1)全面而准确的把握了MEGIS对空间数据组织和管理的特殊要求,分析了MEGIS数据模型和基于模型的空间数据存储结构的实现。(2)提出把《军用基础地理信息要素分类与编码》作为多源数据进行语义一致性处理的标准,并基于它对MEGIS地理要素进行分类、编码。(3)对实现MEGIS空间数据预处理所需的处理模型进行了选择和设计,包括:空间数据语义一致性处理模型;属性数据选取模型;坐标转换模型;空间数据索引处理模型;LOD构建模型;空间数据压缩模型;面、链拓扑信息维护和管理模型、跨图幅要素拼接模型。(4)从存储、内存组织和生成三个方面对空间数据的三级索引机制的实现进行了探讨。(5)实现了从军用数字地图交换格式、军用数字协同图格式的空间数据模型向MEGIS空间数据模型的转换;对ArcInfo、MapInfo等商用格式模型向MEGIS数据模型的转换方法做了探索。(6)对模拟显示过程中的空间数据管理进行了探讨和实现。本论文研究的最终成果是一个运行在Windows系统,可人机交互、并能与嵌入式终端进行互动的空间数据预处理与效果检验平台。

【Abstract】 The map library manager system is a software system that runs in the Windows platform, and it realizes the preprocessing and the display simulation of spatial data to the military Embeded geographic information system. The paper designs the map library manager system, and based on this system the paper also realizes the preprocessing and the checking of spatial data to the MEGIS, the details as following:(1) the paper accurately grasps the special demand of MEGIS in the aspect of the spatial data organization and the management in the whole, and analyzes the data model and the realization of the storing structure based on the data modal in MEGIS.(2) the Paper brings forward《Classification and codes for the Features of military base geographic information》as the standard of the semantic consistency processing to the spatial data from different source, and realizes the classifying and coding of the geographic Features of MEGIS.(3) the paper selects and design the processing model to realize the spatial data preprocessing, includeing: spatial data semantic consistency processing model; selecting model of attribute information of the geographic features; coordinate conversion model; index processing model of spatial data; LOD processing model of spatial data; compresses model of spacial data; maintenance and management model of topology between area and its related chains ; join model of features crossing different map sheet.(4) the studying of the three level index from saving, the realizing of the memory organization and building.(5) the paper realizes spatial data model conversion from the military digital map exchanged format or military digital coordination map format to the special data format of MEGIS. The paper explores the conversion from the data model of ArcInfo, MapInfo to the data model of MEGIS.(6) the study and realization of the spacial data management in the process of display simulation.The final fruit of the study of this paper is a platform of spatial data preprocessing and checking, which runs in the Windows system, and in which man-machine interaction and its combine with the embedded terminal system can be realized.
