【摘要】 当前,三峡库区的移民搬迁正在紧锣密鼓地进行着,移民精神也成为我国具有现实意义的民族精神之一。商贸业的培植与移民县城的发展有着不可分割的联系,也成为当地政府与百姓共同关注的焦点。然而,与一般的区域性商贸业市场相比,移民县城的商贸业发展具有明显的自身特点,即由于土地的市场化和房地产的商品化程度远远低于同级别的其它区县城市,导致商贸业规划在土地供给方面放量过大,违背了商贸业的正常发展规律,严重影响了区域的商贸业发展及经济增长,为今后的区域经济发展埋下了隐患。商贸业是国民经济发展的先导产业,是社会再生产的重要环节,是生产与消费之间的桥梁与纽带,是不断启动市场和促进消费需求增长的推进器,是反映一个国家或城市经济发展程度的重要窗口。商贸流通业的兴旺发达是现代经济的一个重要特征。鉴于此,作为商贸流通业的载体的商贸企业己成为国民经济的重要组成部分,成为对国民经济发展有举足轻重影响的产业集群。本文首先系统介绍了国内外有关商贸业发展的特点、商贸业流通组织的结构理论及商业活动空间结构研究成果,然后以三峡库区移民县城为研究对象,从商贸业发展自身特点、存在的问题及商贸业发展与可持续发展的关系着手,提出了移民县城商贸业发展的定位远景,并根据商业网点规划理论体系和战略布局对移民县城商贸业网点进行具体规划。紧接着以开县为例,根据土地供应模式构建移民县城商贸业用地预测模型,对商贸业用地需求进行预测。最后,结合移民县城实际情况,分别从宏观、中观及微观层面对移民县城的商贸业发展给出对策研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the Migrants Relocation of the Three Gorges Reservoir has Intensely Continued. The Immigrant spirit has become one of the National spirits with practical significance in our country. The commerce propagated situation has been inextricably linked with development of migrant county seat, and has become the common concerns of both government and local people. However, compared with regional commercial market in general, there are some obvious features of its own in the commerce development of migrant county seat. For the degree of land market and real estate commercialization far below the other counties of the same level and this leads the commercial land over supply when planning. It breaches the normal regulation of commerce development, seriously impacts the regional commerce development and economic growth, and brings some hidden danger to regional economic development.In a city or a country, the trade industry, as the leading industry to develop the national economy, plays an important part of social reproduction, which links the production and consumption, constantly activating the market and promoting the growth of consumer demand. It also reflects the level of economic development. The prosperity of the business circulation is an important feature in modern economy now. So, business enterprises, the vehicle of commerce Circulation, have become a significant component of the national economy and this kind of industry clusters has a decisive influence in the national economy. Then, the author makes the study of the migrant county seat in Three Gorges Reservoir; from the commerce development own characteristics, problems and relations between business development and sustainable development, process a positioning vision of migrant county seat business development. And in accordance with commercial outlets theory system and strategic layout, this paper gives a specific network planning of the migrant county seat commerce industry. Then in Kaixian example, according to the supply of land constructs the commerce industry forecast model of migrant county seat for the commerce land demand forecast. Finally, with the actual situation of migrant county seat from macro, mid and micro level, it gives the countermeasures of commerce development of migrant county seat.更多还原
