【摘要】 随着信息社会的发展,公共信息网络对国民经济的发展和全社会的管理起着日益突出的作用。就目前的互联网信息网络安全的一些不足和存在的安全隐患以及面临的严峻态势,有必要建立一个全面的完整的安全监管防范控制体系。互联网信息网络安全报警监控系统,是建设互联网信息网络安全监管防范和控制的一个重要的组成部分。本文详细介绍了互联网报警处置中心的总体方案设计。课题结合电信IDC网络现状,设计了一个基于电信网络的安全报警监控系统。主要内容涉及网络硬件的集成、网络数据库系统、关联性分析系统、地图数据库系统等。在具体方案设计上,把该系统分为系统中心模块、机房探针建设、数据后台建设等。最后形成了相关部门对IDC的安全监控的方案设计,并对网吧、非经营性场所等的网络数据提出整合,形成虚拟人口信息数据库系统。论文首先介绍了目前互联网管理现状和该项目提出的背景,并对系统建设做出了详细的需求分析。然后对互联网报警处置中心的硬件和软件进行了详细的分析设计。最后,为了验证系统的运行性能,对其IDC探针和后台的软件应用进行了测试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the information society. Public information network plays an increasingly prominent role in the development of the national economy and the society’s management. Facing some insufficiencies and existence security hidden danger on internet, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and integrated safe protection system. Internet police treatment center system’s building is network security supervision component.This paper describes overall plan design of internet police treatment center. With the city IDC network status, this issues design internet Police treatment center system. It mainly concerns the integration of network hardware, network database system, relevance analysis system, the map database system. In concrete plan design, this system is divided into system center module’s probe, background data, and so on. Finally this paper has formed IDC safe-monitor plan design and conformity of data from internet bar, Non-commercial sites and so on. All the data form virtual population information database system.The paper first introduced the present situation of internet management and the background of this project’ proposed. Then it dispose of internet police treatment center hardware and software for the detailed analysis and design.
