面向造纸企业信息集成系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 现代造纸过程中,异构设备和异构网络造成了生产过程自动化系统之间缺少信息沟通,企业管理信息系统和生产过程自动化系统之间相互独立。这种“信息孤岛”现象严重影响造纸企业各部分之间的联系,进一步制约了管理层的决策。因此迫切需要构建一个综合信息集成平台来共享企业生产、管理数据,从而为企业决策提供可靠的数据支撑,提高生产管理效率,消除“信息孤岛”现象。论文结合浙江省制造业信息化工程重大科技攻关项目——“造纸过程的绿色化控制技术和综合信息集成平台研发”,提出了集成平台设计的整体方案,并在此基础上进行了开发。论文完成的主要工作有:1.通过对造纸企业的现场调研,结合需求分析,提出集成系统整体设计方案。系统可分为设备层、抽象层和信息层。其中抽象层起到了“承上启下”的作用:即获取设备层的数据,并且提供给信息层。2.在抽象层中,数据库是必不可少的存储数据的部分,数据库设计的好坏直接关系到集成平台的优劣。在需求分析的基础上,利用IDEF方法建立了造纸企业信息集成平台的功能模型和信息模型,并进行了数据库的设计。3.集成平台的数据信息来源包括企业的管理数据和造纸车间的生产过程数据。在生产过程数据的获取中存在着系统异构问题,利用OPC技术可以解决这一问题,以实现生产过程数据的获取和存储。OPC技术的出现使得抽象层可以屏蔽设备层种类繁多的数据接口,从而向信息层提供统一的数据存取接口。4.信息层中的信息发布是集成平台和用户直接接触的一环,具有相当重要的地位。通过对现有WEB技术的分析,在JAVA平台下,利用Struts框架构建WEB服务器并实现了企业管理信息的Web层发布以及企业生产实时数据的显示和趋势图的显示。5.最后对全文进行了总结,并指出了造纸企业信息集成平台中有待进一步研究和解决的问题。

【Abstract】 In modern papermaking process, heterogeneous equipments and networks not only lead to the lack of direct communication between process control systems but also create the independence between management system and process control system in enterprises. This "isolated islands" phenomenon will eventually break the relationship among all the departments and make the decision-making inefficient. Therefore, it’s essential to construct a comprehensive information platform on which the producing data and the management data are integrated, and it can be used to share data among departments and thus to provide reliable data support for enterprise’s quick decision-making.The carried out design and implementation of the platform are based on the significant manufacture industry information project in Zhejiang province—Papermaking Process Green Control Technology and Synthesis Information Integration Platform. The main work and contribution in this dissertation are as follows:1. An overall design of integrated systems is proposed after investigation and requirement analysis of papermaking enterprise. The system can be divided into three layers: device layer, abstract layer (middleware layer) and information layer. The abstract layer is designed as a connecting link between the preceding and the following, which collects data from device layer and sends it to information layer.2. Database system is indispensable in abstract layer, based on requirement analysis, the IDEF modeling methods are adopted to design the function model and information model, and then the database of integrated system is established.3. The data resource of integrated platform includes both management data of enterprise and producing data in papermaking process. There is a problem caused by heterogeneous systems in data access, to which the OPC technology is a preferable solution. OPC makes it possible for the abstract layer to shield variety of data interfaces in device layer and provide unified data access to information layer.4. The information layer plays a quite important role because users contact the platform directly through this layer. Based on the analysis of the existing WEB technology, a stable WEB server using Struts frame on JAVA platform is constructed, then the presentation of Management information on WEB, display of process data and curves drawing of real-time data are realized.5. The work in the dissertation is summarized and analyzed. Furthermore, the problems to be solved in future are pointed out.
