【摘要】 诚信是衡量一个国家、民族、社会道德水准的标准,是经济和社会健康发展的基石。诚信教育是德育的重要内容。诚信更是每个人必须具备的道德品质,是个人道德的基础。诚信是现代社会对中职学生人格的基本要求,是中职学生立足社会的伦理支点。中等职业学校的诚信教育和中职学生的诚信品德对中职学生的求学、做人和从业都将产生重要影响。从定西市卫生学校学生诚信教育的状况来看,中等职业学校基本上能够认识到学校诚信教育对学生的重要作用;中职学生诚信品德的主流也是好的。但是,无论是对诚信的认识,还是在平时学习、经济往来、人际交往中,中职学生的诚信教育还有许多需要改进的地方。综合分析,中职学生诚信教育缺失的原因主要有以下几个方面:中职学校诚信教育制度的缺陷、中职学生自身修养的懈怠、中职学校诚信评价机制的欠缺和社会不良因素的诱导。中职学生的诚信教育主要应采取以下几个方面的措施:一是完善诚信教育制度是根本。中等职业学校要把诚信教育放在学校德育的首位,采取灵活多样的方式提高教育效果,要树立学习的典型,并强化道德实践,开展养成教育、规则教育和职业道德教育,同时,加强师德建设,发挥好教师的示范作用。二是加强学生内修和自律是关键。通过学校的诚信教育使中职学生充分认识到诚信在自己立身和发展中的重要作用,能主动学习以诚信为内容的中国传统道德,并践行诚信,使诚实守信成为自己的一种行为习惯。三是合理有效的诚信评价机制是保障。中等职业学校一定要给中职学生建诚信档案,充分发挥诚信档案对学生道德行为的评价功能和在学校日常管理和就业推介中的控制功能,使诚信档案真正起到管理育人的功能。四是良好的社会风气是前提:中职学生的诚信教育要取得实效,社会诚信氛围的形成是前提条件,同时,积极健康的校园文化环境是重要保证,父母的榜样作用则是基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Credibility is a criteria to balance a nation’s and its social moral level. Also it is the footstone for the development of a society and its economy. Credibility education is an important part of moral education; furthermore, it is the most basic moral requirement for a person.In mordern society, Credibility has become a basic requirement and a ethic pivot to the students of the Vocational and Technical Schools. Education in this field will function effectively to students’ studying, behavior and their working.According to the static made in Dingxi health school , they slightly noticed the importance of credibility education. Although mainstream is good, there still exists the necessity for improvement, especially need to improve students’ awareness of the credibility and put it in the school life or communication with others. Comprehensively analyses, we can find the following reasons for it: the imperfect educational system in vocational and technical schools; students’ neglect to it; deficiency to its estimate and negative abduction from outside of the scools. To deal with all these problems, we need firstly to improve our educational system, the school must put the credibility education on the first place and build up an good example for them to study in order to improve the educational effect in different ways with strengthening moral practice in real life and , moreover, so it is necessary to intensify teachers’ education and to get a good influence .Secondly, it is the key to strengthen students themselves. Our purpose through education is to make them fully realize the importance of credibility in their own living and improvement, to make them spontaneously study Chinese traditional morality, carry out it and form it into a good habit. Thirdly, there must be a reasonable and effective estimating system. A school should have students’ moral records, and make full use of its estimating power, its managing function in the routine and in the job applications. Fourthly, it is essential to have a good social atmosphere for credibility education. At the same time, an active and healthy campus cultural atmosphere is its guarantee.
