论研究生教育中的研究性教学

【摘要】 随着我国高等教育大众化的到来和高等教育改革的不断深入,研究生的教育教学质量已成为学者们关注的焦点。如何推进和完善研究生研究性教学,为培养研究型和创新型的人才服务,是摆在高等教育研究者面前的重要课题。本文以研究生教育中研究性教学为研究对象,从研究生教育学的角度,运用逻辑分析、实证分析等方法,对研究性教学的涵义、特点、模式、研究生教育与研究性教学的关系进行了分析,说明了研究生教育推进研究性教学的必要性和可行性;同时针对我国研究生研究性缺失的现状,分析其产生的原因,从转变教学观念、调整师生关系、规范管理体制、改善教学条件、创新教学方法和优化教学内容等方面探索了推进研究性教学的对策和建议,构建研究性教学实施的保障体系。

【Abstract】 With the coming of popularization of higher education and the further development of the higher education reformation, the quality of the higher education becomes a focus of the higher researchers. It is an important subject for all the higher education researchers to promote and improve the inquiry teaching, which can serve both to the reforming of undergraduate education and to the improvement of the higher education quality and the cultivation of the researchable and innovative talents.Focusing on the study of inquiry teaching of postgraduates, employing the methods of logical analysis and evidence analysis, this thesis analyses the meaning、feature and the model of the inquiry teaching, describes the significance and necessity of pushing inquiry teaching of postgraduates, in view of the status of deletion-research ,analyses the reason, at the same time, it comprehensively and systematically explores the measures of reinforcing inquiry teaching such as changing the teaching philosophy、adjusting the teacher-student relationship、standardizing the management system、improving the teaching conditions、innovating the teaching method and optimizing the teaching content.
