大功率强力带式输送机设计与研制

【摘要】 随着大型填海工程和大型露天矿的开采及矿山高产高效面的增多,作为物料运输设备的带式输送机主要向长距离、大运量的方向发展,因此开发大功率强力带式输送机是时代发展的要求,具有深远的意义。大功率强力带式输送机的核心技术是动态分析与监控技术,本文在动态分析的基础上对大功率强力带式输送机进行了设计选型,并经过了实践验证。分析了带式输送机的启动过程中动载荷的变化、弹性波传播速度的计算、胶带的振荡,分析了带式输送机的等效转惯量,建立了简化的计算模型,通过比较不同加速度控制曲线下的动特性以及在起动过程中对动载荷的影响,得出了最优的加速控制曲线。针对大功率强力带式输送机进行了设计选型:围绕动态分析与监控技术合理的配置了驱动装置与电控系统,通过静态与动态计算,得出了驱动功率、胶带张力、停车时间及逆止力矩等,对驱动装置各部件进行了性能对比,选出了最适合本输送机的电动机、制动器、偶合器及减速器;根据实际情况对一些部件进行了优化设计,在增加其可靠度的同时,使之装拆更加方便;在上述基础上对整机进行了优化选型。大功率、强力带式输送机在兖矿集团兴隆庄煤矿得到了验证

【Abstract】 With the increasing of huge filling sea engineering and opening air mine as well as high productive and efficient mine. As one of the main material handling equipments,Long distance and huge freight volume become the belt conveyor’s main developing trend. So it is the demand of the times developing to explore high-power and strong-strength belt conveyor. Its significance is crucial. The most important technology is dynamic analysis and monitor control. Based dynamic analysis, the high-power and strong-strength belt conveyor of Xinglongzhuang mine of Yanzhou mine group is designed and selected, and it is performed in this paper.Dynamic characteristic of belt conveyor is introduced. The variety of the dynamic load, the calculation of the transmission speed of the elasticity wave and the surge of the belt are analyzed. Then the calculation of the equivalent moment of inertia of the conveyor is analyzed and the simplified calculation model is founded. The most excellent acceleration controlling curve is concluded through comparing the loads in different controlling curve and their effects in the dynamic load severally.The high-power and strong-strength belt conveyor of Xinglong- zhuang mine is designed and selected: Driving device and electric controlling system are collocated logically surrounding dynamic analysis and monitor controlling technology; through static and dynamic calculating, driving power, belt strain, parking times, negative direction stopping moment etc are drawn. The electromotor, arrester, coupling and reducer that mostly suit to the belt conveyor are selected trough comparing all components’ performance of driving device.optimum design optimum is carried out to some parts according to the actual condition, it not only makes the reliability improve but makes the disassembly and assembly more convenient. Then all other parts are selected.
