单机孤立系统故障分析和继电保护配置的研究

【摘要】 本文针对乌江电厂防洪备用电源系统的功能需求及相关电网特点,结合中小容量机组和中低压电网电气设备和继电保护的选型和配置要求,设计了乌江电厂防洪备用电源系统的电气主接线、确定了一次设备的选型和继电保护装置的配置方案;利用电力系统分析综合程序PSASP对系统进行了仿真建模,并根据继电保护整定计算的要求进行了短路分析和相关参数计算,依据计算结果和整个系统继电保护装置的配置方案,对系统的所有保护装置进行定值整定计算,并将计算结果形成定值单以备系统运行使用。通过系统实际调试运行结果表明所设计的乌江电厂防洪备用电源系统电气主接线合理、继电保护配置及定值整定计算能满足系统要求.

【Abstract】 According to features and function requirement of generating unit and power network about reserve-power source in flood prevention of wujiang electric power plant. Associating the requirements of type selecting and layout of low-capacity generating unit and electrical equipment of middle and low-pressure power network, the author designed and determineted a program of electric witing topology, equipment selecting and relay protection allocation modeled and emulated the system using the Power System Analysis Software of Package.According the requirement of relay protection setting calculation and protection allocation of the whole system, the author completed the analysising of short-circuit current ,calculation of related parameters, and fixed value setting of all protecting equipment ,the result of short-circuit curren calculation was saved in data base and the fixed value setting was generated to value list for system operation. The result of actual operation and test indicates that the electric witting topology of reserve-power source in flood prevention of wujiang electric power plant is adaptive, the relay protection allocation and setting calculation is able to meet system demand.
