企业专利管理分析系统中若干关键技术的研究和实现

【摘要】 论文结合国家科技支撑计划:“家电行业(企业)的数字化综合集成技术开发与应用”,针对我国现有企业对专利管理分析的需求,研究和探讨了企业专利管理分析系统中若干关键技术和实施方法,并在某家电集团公司进行了应用。第一章阐述了论文的研究背景及意义,分析了专利和专利管理分析方法的研究和应用状况,分析了现有专利管理分析系统的不足之处,最后给出了论文的研究内容和组织结构。第二章对专利管理分析系统中相似专利和相关知识的确定方法作了详细的描述。结合专利文献的特征,构建了专利模型树,建立了一个基于向量空间模型和专利文献特征的相似专利确定方法。阐述了相关知识的确定方法,包括专利知识和相关知识环境的自动获取,知识的分类以及知识的主动推送。第三章详细阐述了基于本体的专利检索技术。论述了基于本体的专利信息描述方法和专利检索本体库的建立过程,采用Protégé建立初始本体库,并以燃气节能器为例子说明了专利信息本体的建立和OWL语言描述。提出了用专利申请号作为关联标识,将本体以及本体的实例和现有的专利信息数据库关联起来,提高了建立本体的速度,减轻了本体的维护和更新工作。给出了一个关联本体库的自组织建立方法,以减少领域本体专家的投入,同时使得建立的本体更加适合企业的需求。最后给出了一个基于本体的检索的具体过程。第四章在研究了现有工作流管理和知识流管理集成的基础上,发现其存在不足之处,对此提出了一个以专利知识为核心知识和集成链接的集成框架,对其它知识的性质和重要性区分方法作了描述。第五章设计和实现了PMAS(Patent Management & Analysis System)系统。首先分析了PMAS系统的需求,然后根据需求,建立了系统的结构模型和功能模型以及实现系统的技术框架,在此基础上讨论了PMAS系统的更新模块设计,最后对PMAS系统的性能优化作了详细的设计说明。第六章介绍了专利管理分析系统在企业中的具体应用。详细阐述了PMAS系统的功能:专利信息和其它信息的获取、专利专题数据库的建立、专利信息检索(包括本体的检索)、相关环境知识库的建立、专利在线分析系统等。第七章总结论文的研究工作和主要创新点,并对未来的研究方向和重点进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the support from the National Supporting Plan: Development and application of the digitized synthesis integration technology of the home electrical appliances industry(enterprise) , with the demanding of patent management & analysis from the enterprises in our country, several essential technologies and implementation methods has been researched in this dissertation. And also the research achievements are put into practice in a home electrical appliances group company.In the 1st chapter, the research background and significance of the dissertation is described. Patent management &analysis methods and it’s applications, the deficiency in the existing patent management &analysis are reviewed and analyzed. Finally, main content and structure of the dissertation are given.In the 2nd chapter, the judgment methods of similar patents and correlation knowledge are descibed. Combine with the characters of the patent literature, this dissertation proposes a patent model tree, builds a jugment method based on the VSM and characters of the patent literature. Then the method of the correlation knowledge is described, including how to retrive the patent knowledge and othe knowledge, the classcification of knowledge and the initiative push of knowledge.In the 3rd chapter, patent retrieval technologies based on ontology is discussed. The patent description methods based on ontology and process of the patent retrieve ontology storehouse establishment are described. With Protege, the initial ontology storehouse can be established. And with fuel gas energy conservation, the example of establishing patent information ontology, the OWL language description are given. The patent application No. is taken as the connection to connect the ontology, the ontology instance and the existing patent information database. With this, the establishment of the ontology is expedited, the ontology maintenance and the renewal work is reduced. A self-organizations of relation ontology storehouse which can reduce the investment of the domain ontology experts and simultaneously cause the established ontology to suit the enterprise demands better is produced. Finally, a concrete retrieval process based on ontology matched with a corresponding graph is givenIn the 4th chapter, after studying the existing work flow management and the knowledge flows management integration, some deficiency is discovered. According to this deficiency, an integrated frame which takes the patent knowledge as the core knowledge and integrated joint is proposed. Also some descriptions to other knowledge properties and the importance discrimination method are made.In the 5th chapter, the design, development and realization of the PMAS system is discussed. Firstly, the demanding of the PMAS system is analyzed, then the system’s structural model and function model as well as the realization system technical frame according to the demanding is established, grounded on this, the PMAS system’s renewal module design is described, Finally a detail design explanation to the PMAS system’s performance optimization is given.In the 6th chapter, the concrete applications of the patent management &analysis system in a enterprise is introduced. A detail elaboration to the PMAS system, separately from the retrieve of the patent information and additional in formations, the establishment of the patent special database, the retrieval of the patent information, including the retrieval of ontology, the establishment of the knowledge library in relative environments and the concrete applications of the on-line patent analysis system are carried out.In the 7th chapter, reviews the achievements and innovations of this dissertation, and gives a prospect for future work.
