基于图像识别的钢水连铸下渣检测方法的研究

【摘要】 中国钢铁产业的迅猛发展对钢铁生产的质量及自动化程度都提出了更高的要求。本文以武钢某连铸线的大包下渣检测环节为研究对象,针对其工作环境恶劣但在生产中具有重要地位的情况,通过大量理论调研和现场分析,根据现场采用的人工观察法,提出了一套具有实时下渣检测和离线图像分析功能的钢水连铸下渣检测方案,并实现了系统的具体设计。结合钢铁连铸现场环境和实际需求,采用了具有可行性的图像增强方案及图像特征提取方案,并分别从理论上对下渣检测系统中采用到的对比度增强、图像平滑、图像锐化进行阐述,同时详细分析了基于色彩、纹理和形态特征的下渣特征提取技术。最后分别给出软件中各图像分析方法的算法实现,并利用现场图片进行图像分析实验。基于图像识别的钢水连铸下渣检测系统分为两大部分:基于工业摄像机的图像采集系统和基于PC的下渣检测软件系统。图像采集系统与PC软件之间利用以太网进行视频数据传输及采集参数控制。系统通过摄像机对中间包钢水液面视频图像进行实时采集并传输,利用检测软件对视频图像进行定时抓取、增强、多种方式的特征提取及分析,来判断大包是否下渣;同时对图像进行保存,利用软件的离线图像分析功能对图像进行分析,对决策模块进行参数优化。论文详细阐述了PC端下渣检测软件系统的实现,分别从多线程控制、文件存取操作及图像分析方法上指出了软件设计的技术要点,详细分析了软件模块的划分、各模块子系统的实现及模块与缓存区的相互访问关系,并展示了软件运行的主流程图及运行效果图。本文最后对完成本系统所做工作进行了总结,并对将来的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s steel industry, higher requirements have set on the quality of steel production and the degree of automation. The subject investigated is the process of bale slag detection in the continuous casting production workshop of Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant. According to the poor working environment, importance in production, through plenty of theoretical research and on-site analysis, a new slag detection system of molten steel casting is presented, which has real-time slag detection and off-line image analysis functions. Specific designs are also achieved.Combined with the environment of steel casting scene and the actual demand, the system adopted the image enhancement program and the feature extraction program. Contrast enhancement, image smoothing and image sharpening used in the slag detection system were theoretically elaborated in detail. Meanwhile, the feature extraction technique based on color, texture and shape features was minutely analyzed. Finally, the different image analysis algorithms were given and the image analysis experiments were done by using on-site photos.The slag detection system based on image recognition comprised two main components: the industrial-camera-based image acquisition system and the PC-based slag detection software. Between image acquisition system and PC software, Ethernet was used to gather control parameters and transmit video data. The system collected and transmitted the video images of molten steel surface of pouring box through the camera. The detection software was used to judge whether the bale slag through timing crawls, enhancement, different methods of feature extraction and analysis video images. Meanwhile, using the off-line image analysis function of the software analyzed the preserved image to optimize the parameters of the decision-making module.Paper introduced the slag detection software implementation on the PC side, and pointed out the software design techniques from multi-thread control, file access operation and image analysis method. Then, it analyzed the software modules, the realization of subsystems, mutual visit between modules and cache. In the Last, it displayed the main flow chart and effect map of the software.Finally, the paper made a conclusion about what have done and future work prospects.
