计算机辅助产品模块化设计方法及其在减振器中的应用研究

【摘要】 模块化设计的目的是将产品进行模块划分后,以尽可能少种类和数量的模块组成尽可能多种类、需求的产品,即以最小的成本满足市场的各种不同需求。随着个性化和大规模定制的兴起,模块化设计以其响应市场变化快、产品设计周期短、产品生产成本低等优点越来越受到人们的重视。随着汽车行业的高速发展,减振器的需求越来越大,减振器种类、规格系列繁多,使用模块化设计方法能够加快产品开发速度,降低生产成本。根据浙江省重大科技攻关项目“汽车磁流变流体半主动减振器关键技术攻关”的需要,结合正裕企业的具体项目,本论文在模块化设计理论的基础上研究计算机辅助模块化设计方法,并在减振器中得到应用。本文共分五章:第一章,对模块化设计研究现状及关键技术,参数化设计特点和实施方法进行了概述,简单介绍了Pro/E二次开发技术,目前减振器的研究现状。分析其中存在或者尚未解决的问题,最后提出了课题的研究内容和方向。第二章,对现有的模块划分方法进行分析和比较的基础上,采用多目标模块划分方法进行研究。对模块划分的目标进行了相关性描述。分析了逐行合取的模糊等价矩阵聚类截取算法的缺点,提出了一种效率较高的多行合取算法。开发出计算机辅助模块划分模块,以减振器为例进行了模块划分。第三章,提出基于相似性的零部件重组方法。进行零部件相似性的相似度计算的研究,给出了综合考虑零部件的材料特征、形状特征、精度特征、加工特征的相似度计算的统一标准和算法,为计算机求解提供了算法支持。运用模糊聚类方法开发出基于相似性的计算机辅助零部件重组模块,并用活塞杆为例验证方法的有效性。对于系列化零部件运用通过参数表驱动模型的方法,运用Pro/E二次开发工具族表,对活塞杆实例建立了两级族表驱动模型。第四章,对现有配置规则分析的基础上提出使用人工交互和计算机辅助约束自动检验相结合的模块配置策略。研究了模块信息组成及其数据间的关联关系。总结出三种模块配置关系,给出其相应的模块配置规则及实施方法。最后给出了减振器的模块配置策略。第五章,提出了一种以数据库为基础的三维CAD模块化、参数化设计方法。以数据库为基础,通过Pro/E系统的高级开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT,运用VC++.net开发环境,开发出基于Pro/E的模块化设计系统,实现模块配置及参数化设计功能,通过减振器设计实例表明该技术的有效性。第六章,总结了本文的主要工作,并且对后续工作进行展望。

【Abstract】 The aim of modular design is that with minimum types and quantities of modules to compose as much as possible types of products, that is to say, with minimum cost to meet the different market needs. With the development of individuation and mass customization, modular design attracts more and more people’s attention because of its advantages, such as quick response to market changes, shorter cycle of product design, lower cost of product, and so on. With the rapid development of auto industry, the demands of dampers are increased rapidly. There are many kinds and series of dampers in the company, through making use of modular design, the company can raise the speed of product design, reduce product cost. To meet the requirements of the project - ’Key-Technologies-Tackle in Vehicle MR Damper for semi-active control’ and the project of ZhengYu Company, the method of computer aided modular design is researched based on the method of modular design, and it is applied in the damper design. This thesis consists five chapters:In chapter one, the status of present research and the key technology of modular design and parametric design are introduced, the problems of that are analyzed, then the purpose and content of this study are educed;In chapter two, the methods of modular partition are analyzed and the method of multi-target modular partition is researched based on analyzing and comparing the methods of modular partition. Fuzzy clustering algorithm is improved, and then a module of computer aided modular partition is developed and applied to the damper;In chapter three, the method of part reengineering based on similarity is advanced. The part similarity based on feature is researched, and then a module of computer aided part reengineering is developed and applied to the damp. The method model drove by data tables to manage of series parts is employed, and then family tree of Pro/E that found two-level data table drove model is applied to piston pole;In chapter four, the mode of man-computer alternate and rule combination of modular configuration is chosen, the composition of module information and the rule of module configuration are researched, and it’s applied in damper;In chapter five, a method of modular design and parametric design which based on data-base is advanced. A modular design system which can realize the function of modular configuration and parametric design is developed based on Pro/E system.The last chapter, the thesis is summarized, and the further work is expected.
