标准时延测试仪的设计和时间同步技术的研究

【摘要】 时间间隔测量技术在原子物理、定位定时、航天遥测遥控以及军事方面发挥着不可或缺的作用,对国民经济与国防建设意义重大。本文主要探讨了各种时间测量和授时方法,并研制开发了一套具有高精度、高分辨率、大测量范围、稳定可靠的标准时延测试仪。本文共分六章:第一章首先综述了时间测量和时间同步技术的现状和发展趋势,并根据课题背景对标准时延测试仪的要求,提出了课题的研究内容;第二章通过对课题研究目标和相关关键技术的具体分析,详细阐述了标准时延测试仪的总体设计方案;第三章针对测试仪精度高、测量范围大等性能指标要求,详细阐述了时延测量的实现方法,并就研制过程中遇到的一些难点以及解决方法进行了详细说明;第四章详细介绍了标准时延测试仪的软件设计,主要包括DSP和USB代码的设计,以及用户应用平台的软件开发;第五章详细介绍了标准时延测试仪各项功能的测试方案,并就测试数据以及结果进行了分析;第六章对全文进行了简要总结,并提出了进一步改进的方案。本文的创新主要有以下两点:1)采用脉冲计数和量化时延原理相结合的方法,实现高精度、高分辨率、大测量范围的时间测量。2)通过测量不同通道脉冲信号在电缆、器件以及电路板上传输时间之差,在软件上进行补偿从而消除脉冲信号传输延时的不对称性,大大降低了测量误差。

【Abstract】 The technology of time interval measurement plays an indispensable role in the fields of atomic physics, localization & timing systems, spaceflight telemetry and telecontrol and military technologies. The paper mainly probes into the methods of time measurement and time service, as well as time synchronization technology. A standard time interval measuring instrument that is provided with high-precision, wide range, stable and reliable testing performance is developed.The thesis is composed of seven chapters as following:Chapter 1 sums up the current status and developments of the time measurement and the time synchronization technology, the objects and tasks of this paper are also put forward according to the requirements of the standard time interval measuring instrument.Chapter 2 elaborates the integral design scheme of the standard time interval measuring instrument by strictly analyzing the research object and relative key techniques.Chapter 3 elaborates the way to acquire high-precision and wide-range time interval measuring instrument, the difficulties we will meet and how to solve them during the realization are also discussed in detail.Chapter 4 introduces the software development of the measuring system; mainly include the codes of DSP and USB, and the software development of the user application interface.Chapter 5 introduces the testing solutions of the standard measuring instrument, some analyses based on the experimental data and experimental results are processed.Chapter 6 sums up and expects for the research in the thesis.Innovation of the paper can be summed to the aspects as following:1) The way to achieve high-precision, high-resolution, wide-range time measuring: Integrating theory of pulse counting and qualified time interval.2) Software compensation to the difference of the pulse transmission time in different cable, electronic components and circuit channels eliminates the non-symmetry of the transmission delay time and reduces the measuring error obviously.
