石油测井数据采集系统

【摘要】 石油工业关乎国计民生,石油测井是石油生产过程的重要一环。随着科学技术的进步,越来越多的新技术应用到测井仪器的研制开发中,使得测量结果无论从精度还是效果上都有了长足的进步。本文介绍的测井数据采集系统,主要用来检验射孔眼出油、出气、出砂状态,井下施工效果、井内总体状况和重点待检测部位,系统设计利用字符叠加电路将各种传感器采集到的温度、压力、深度以及磁定位数据与井下CCD摄像机产生的视频信号进行叠加,实时直观地显示井壁状况、井眼状况、工具位置以及井下油管管柱受损或腐蚀部位及其状况,诊断问题所在,对症下药。系统设计完整,是一套涉及模拟电路、数字电路,硬件设计、软件编程的复杂系统,用到了多方面技术:设计温度和压力信号的采集、转换、放大、滤波电路;深度脉冲信号防抖动电路;选用专用的行场频同步分离芯片LM1881设计行场频同步分离电路;选用专用的字符叠加芯片uPD6450设计字符叠加电路,可以方便的设置字符显示的位置、大小、亮度、显示方式等;主控芯片采用Cygnal公司的芯片C8051F020来完成各种信息的收集处理和后期的字符叠加控制;经过字符叠加的视频图像,分别送至监视器和工控机上的视频采集卡,观察井下实时情况或作为资料保存;采用通用串行总线USB与工控机进行数据通信,简化了外设连接,真正做到即插即用;设计工控计算机上运行的上位机控制软件,通过软件可以显示、设置和更改系统参数以满足现场具体要求。

【Abstract】 The petroleum industry is significant to the people’s livelihood, oil well logging is an important part of petroleum production. Along with the advances of science and technology, more and more new techniques are applied to the development of oil well logging equipments, have improved the result of measurement a great progress not only in the accuracy but also in the effect.The well logging system is designed to detect oil, gas and sand ejecting situation, the work effect, the whole situation, the most important point under the well, the system uses characters overlapping circuit to overlap the data include temperature, pressure, depth and magic location data on the video signal which is produced by CCD camera under the well, show the situation like well wall, well hole, location of the tools, location of the destroyed pipe in real time.The well logging system is a whole system. Many kinds of techniques like analog circuit, digital circuit, hardware design, software program are involved: design temperature and pressure signal acquisition, converter, amplifier, filter circuit; depth signal jitter elimination circuit; horizontal and vertical synchronous department circuit by using LM1881; characters overlapping circuit by using uPD6450; use C8051F020 to deal with the data and control the characters overlapping; send the overlapped video to the monitor and the computer to display and save; communicate by USB between the system and the computer; design the software to display the data and set the parameters.
