基于知识的注塑模冷却系统智能设计技术研究

【摘要】 冷却系统作为注塑模具主要功能结构之一,其作用是将冷却介质由结构合理的冷却水道引入模具中,并将塑料熔体固化定型过程中释放的大部分热量带走,以达到成型制品快速、均匀冷却和缩短成型周期的目的。冷却系统设计的合理与否,不仅影响制品的尺寸精度和质量,而且直接关系到制品的生产效率。因此,研究提高模具冷却系统设计的先进技术与方法,对促进模具设计制造技术的发展具有重要意义。本文在全面总结注塑模具冷却系统设计理论与知识的基础上,针对冷却系统结构设计的特点和原则要求,采用知识工程和智能化设计的相关理论,研究了基于知识的注塑模具冷却系统智能化设计技术与方法。通过对冷却系统设计知识和专家经验知识的详细总结、提炼和分类整理,采用基于模糊理论的知识模型和基于特征的编码体系,分别对冷却系统设计的规则知识和事例知识进行了合理的表示;同时,根据不同类型知识的特点,设计并建立了具有层次结构的冷却系统知识库。从便于知识管理和知识利用的角度出发,设计了可视化的知识库管理界面,并采用ADO数据库访问技术,实现了对知识库的查询、添加和修改。针对冷却系统设计计算量大的特点,采用面向对象技术,将冷却系统的设计计算知识封装成独立的模块,供智能化设计过程调用。在深入研究智能化推理技术的基础上,建立了由模糊推理(FR)和事例(CBR)推理两种方式引导的冷却系统智能化推理机制。即采用模糊推理技术,通过对知识库中模糊规则的调用及给定条件与模糊前提的匹配,实现冷却系统方案的模糊化推理。而采用事例推理技术,通过给定事例的索引特征进行事例匹配及相似度计算,提取最相似事例作为推理方案。由此弥补了单一推理方法在规则表示和事例匹配方面的不足。最后,以水杯塑件为例,给出了注塑模冷却系统智能化设计的基本流程与方法,设计结果显示,应用智能化设计技术推出的冷却系统方案合理可行。

【Abstract】 Cooling system is one of the main function structures in the injection mould, its effect is to take the cooling medium into the mould through the rational structure water channel, and to take away large of the heat which is released by molten plastic in the process of solidification molding, in order to make the product be cooled uniform and quickly and to reduce the cooling time. That whether or not the cooling system is designed reasonably not only influences the dimensional precision and quality of the product, but also the production efficiency. Therefore it is very important for promoting the development of mould design and manufacture to research on the advanced technology and method of designing cooling system of injection mould.The theories and knowledge of injection mould design is summarized completely in the paper. According to the design characteristics and principles of cooling system structure design, the intelligent design technology of injection mould cooling system based on KBE is studied with the related theories of knowledge engineering and intelligent design.Through summarizing, refining and classifying the design knowledge and expert experiences in cooling system design, the rules and cases of cooling system design are represented by the knowledge model based on fuzzy theory and the code system based on feature. And according to the characteristics of different type knowledge, the knowledge database of cooling system with tree structure is established. A visual management interface of knowledge database is designed to manage and utilized knowledge conveniently. The data of knowledge database is able to be searched, added and amended directly by applying ADO technology. Aiming at the characteristics of large amount calculation in cooling system design, the object oriented technology is used in the packaging of cooling system design calculation as a single module, which makes the designer get rid of the tedious traditional manual calculation. Researching on the intelligent reasoning technology deeply, the reasoning mechanism of cooling system intelligent design guided by FR and CBR is established. Through transferring the data from the knowledge database the given conditions and fuzzy premises are compared and matched to realize the reasoning of intelligent design of cooling system by using the technology of FR. With the technology of case-based reasoning, the most similar case is achieved as the reasoning project by calculating the similarity and matching the feature with the feature indexes. The insufficiency of single reasoning method in the aspects of rule representation and case matching is remedied by this reasoning mechanism.Finally, the flow and method of the intelligent design of injection mould cooling system is present through an example of plastic cup. The results show that the cooling system designed by applying the intelligent design technology is reasonable and feasible.
