新型钢管混凝土梁柱节点力学性能研究

【摘要】 随着建筑科学技术的发展,钢管混凝土设计理论日臻完善,这种结构已逐渐被应用于现代的建筑结构中,尤其被广泛应用于高层和超高层结构。随着建筑物高度的增加钢管混凝土的应用前景越来越大。目前钢管混凝土柱一梁节点成为了钢管混凝土结构研究的关键问题之一,所以对钢管混凝土柱一梁节点的受力性能进行深入研究将有助于推动钢管混凝土结构的工程设计和实际应用。本文提出了一种新型圆钢管混凝土柱一梁穿心钢筋节点形式,其中包括钢管与钢梁及钢筋混凝土梁的连接节点,并通过试验结合理论分析,深入研究了该种节点的滞回特性,主要进行了以下工作:1、设计了12个十字形个穿心钢筋节点,其中包括6个工字钢梁节点,6个钢筋混凝土梁节点。通过试验分析得到了新型钢管混凝土柱—梁节点在低周反复荷载作用下的承载力、刚度退化、耗能能力和延性特征;2、通过改变节点参数,如穿心钢筋的直径、根数、分布形式以及柱的轴压比,来分析各因素对节点受力性能和破坏机理的影响;并通过不同形式钢梁试件对比研究节点核心区受力性能。3、通过利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立节点模型,模拟试验过程进行柱端轴向荷载、梁端低周反复荷载下的三维非线性有限元分析,得到节点的应力分布情况、滞回曲线、骨架曲线;4、将有限元结果与试验结果加以比较,两者吻合良好,从而可以通过有限元计算更为准确地分析这种新型节点的受力性能,为实际工程中的应用提出有利的设计依据和相关意见。通过实验和理论分析表明,该种节点构造简单、承载力高、抗震性能良好,具有一定的实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of technology and perfection day by day of the Concrete-Filled Steel Tube theory, The Concrete-Filled Steel Tube was gradually used by the building structure, especially used in the structure of high buildings. With the increasing height of the building, the application of the Concrete-Filled Steel Tube will be more and broader. Now the concrete-filled steel tubular column-beam joints became the pivotal technic problem of the new structure. There fore, the deep study on the dynamic behavior of the joins above-mentioned will contribute to promoting the structural design and engineering application. Test put forward a new type of concrete-filled circular steel tubular column with piercing reinforcing bar joints, including steel beam joints and reinforced concrete beam joints. Base on experimental and theoretical analysis, the dynamic behavior of this new type of joints between column and beams is researched. This thesis carried out following aspects:1. In the experiment there was twelve crisscross specimens has been designed, six of them are steel-beams figure as ’工’,the others are reinforced concrete beams joints. According the result of the experiment, the strength, ductility, stiffness attenuation, and energy dissipation of the new type of concrete-filled circular steel tubular column with piercing reinforcing bar joints under reversed loads was studied.2. Through changing the main factors of the joints, for example: the diameter and the amount of the piercing reinforcing bar, the style of the piercing reinforcing bar distributing and the axis load ratio, that the paper discussed which influenced the dynamic behavior of this new type of steel-concrete composite column joints. In addition the style of the steel-beam was analyzed for contrast bearing capability of the joint zone.3. The paper used the finite element software ANSYS to do the finite element analysis on the structure of the joints. Simulating the course of experiment the paper through doing the finite element nonlinear analysis of the beam end under cyclic loading got the distribution ofthe joints’ strain.4. The finite element analysis results was compared with the data of the experiment. The comparisons show that the finite element model could be used to analyze this type of joint because of their good results. Then we can find out the predominance and the shortage of the new joints well and truly, and the conclusion draw from this paper can afford some rules and opinion of design.The test and the analysis show that this new type of joints can provide very high shear strength and excellent quake-resisting property and excellent quake-resisting property, and they can be used in engineering practice.
