【摘要】 随着经济的发展，传统的发展模式对自然资源的过度开发和消耗，以及带来的资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏等的弊端日渐显露，这些都严重的威胁并制约着人类的生存和发展。我国经过20余年的改革开放，农产品加工业进入了快速发展期。农产品加工的战略目标已经从满足农产品产后转化和解决温饱，向实现农民增收、引导农业发展、增强企业竞争力、可持续发展等目标转变。但是，从总体来看，我国农产品加工企业的自主创新能力不足，许多加工关键技术亟待解决，深加工、生态加工产品少、国际竞争力低，加工过程资源浪费严重、食品安全与质量标准等突出问题依然没有得到很好的解决。这些都会严重制约我国农产品加工业的可持续发展，阻碍我国经济增长。目前，国外发达国家用环保和资源循环利用的角度引导产业的发展，政府、企业等在发展过程中始终考虑如何更有效地利用资源，使农产品资源转化成高附加值的产品。随着当代科学技术特别是生物技术的突飞猛进，人们有能力使宝贵的农产品资源物尽其用，达到“生态加工”的目的。本文以生态经济学理论为基础，运用可持续发展理论、循环经济理论、产业生态学和清洁生产理论，在分析国内外农产品加工发展模式的基础上，找出我国农产品加工存在的差距和问题，进一步构建出我国农产品生态化加工的基本发展模式，并结合大连市水产品加工业的实际探讨具体生态化发展模式。结论对于今后国内同类研究具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy, the traditional development patterns causes overdevelopment and the consumption to the natural resource, as well as bring a lot of malpractice which is more and more visible day after day, such as the short of resources, which produce serious threat and is restricting human survival and the development.It’s more than twenty years after China’s reform and open policy, and the agricultural products processing industry enters a fast development period. The strategic target of agricultural products processing industry has already changed from satisfying the agricultural product post-natal transformation and solving the essential condition, to increasing farmer’s income, guiding agricultural development, enhancing enterprises’ competitive ability, realizing sustainable development goal and so on. However, the self-innovation ability of agricultural products processing enterprises as a whole, a lot of key processing technique is urgent to be settled. Many prominent problems have not been solved well yet. These can seriously restrict the sustainable development of agricultural product processing industries, and hinder the country economy increase.At present, the developed countries guide the industry development with environmental protection and resources circulation use, both the governments and enterprises concern a lot on how to use resources effectively in the developing process, and transform agricultural products resources to high-added-value products. Along with the rapid development of contemporary scientific technology, especially the biological technology, people have ability to make the best use of precious agricultural product resources, and to achieve the goal of ecological processing.This paper, which bases on the ecological theory and use circular economy theory, analyzes agricultural products processing development patterns of domestic and foreign countries firstly, and finds out the difference and question of agricultural products processing industry in China, and then constructs the basic development pattern, and combines the aquatic product and fruits processing industries in Dalian to make actual study on ecological development pattern. The conclusion will have certain academic significance and shed light on the further similar researches in China.更多还原
